The technician, Robert Haas, was very professional. He explained what he was doing and how to maintain my carpets. He left me a sample of Pro-Kleen cleaner. He also advised which carpet cleaners were "bad" for the carpet. I was very pleased with the results and would recommend Pro-Kleen to everyone. I will definitely use them again!!

Robert and Jesse were our providers of service. They were prompt, knowledgeable, effiicient polite and did an excellent job. I'm looking forward to Tuesday when Pro-Kleen will return to clean our carpets.

The guys that came out went above and beyond when they cleaned the air ducts in my home. They were both polite and friendly and did a great job. So good, in fact, I gave them a twenty dollar tip! When I woke up the next morning I could see and smell the huge improvement in my air quaility. Pro-Kleen; they got the name right! I'm going to have them do my carpets next!
