Jake and his crew were wonderful during a very unexpected stressful situation. I probably spoke with Jake daily and he made this experience much better than it could have been. Never had a problem getting a hold of him and he was very responsive. He also dealt with my insurance which was very nice because there was so much going of on. I would highly recommend ProKleen for any clean up or restoration needs.

Project time frame was lengthy, but that was more on my insurance dragging their feet. Prokleen themselves handled most of the Interactions with insurance and I had very little to do beyond authorization

They showed up did the job tearing everything apart their follow through is horrible I would excpect more from a company as large as them They leave the job site to go do another jobs not completing this job Follow thru and customer service is bad they now have me running around to get supplies said it would take a couple of weeks to complete work started on May 23 job is still not complete

Excellent job cleaning vents and ducts. Arrived on time, very personable. Air quality so much better and no longer have accumulation of dust on my wooden floors.

Was told it would be a 2 day turn around for test results, actually took 4 days, I had to call to inquire where results were before actually receiving results.

Nothing good

Honest company. Quick response. After another company said I needed pest control in the joists under house, Jason's crew said they saw no evidence such was needed. They could have made any easy buck by lying, but they didn't. That means everything to me.

Nothing short of professional.. above and beyond expectations

We had a mold problem in the subfloor related to a leak which was caused by rodents. They tested the air quality before and after; removed mold and damaged insulation; sprayed disinfectant. Throughout the process they talked us through and showed photos of what they were doing, what comes next, and what to look for in the future. It was pretty expensive but we are pleased with the work since our home is our biggest investment.

speedy response and good value - I hired them for dryer vent cleaning but they do so much more. A friend hired them on my recommendation on a much larger job and was very happy and completely satisfied.

I would have liked if he would had pulled out the dryer and cleaned that space.

All around it was a great experience from making the apt, being kept up to date on timing and the work by the technician. I would definitely use ProKleen again.
