I hired ProKleen to clean my dryer vent, which had not been cleaned in at least 10 years. They removed a little of the lint and pushed the rest farther into the vent so it was clogging the vent and not letting any air through. A dryer repair man removed more lint a few days later, enough so there was some airflow. They did not do the job I paid them for, and in fact, they made the situation worse. I will not be using ProKleen them again.

Needed to have our dryer vent replaced. Michael came , inspected, and did the job, all in the same day. He was very quick and professional. I was very happy with his work and would hire ProKleen again.

The work done was excellent. My only concern was that because this was a small residential project that other large jobs frequently took priority over finishing mine. The timeliness was not what I had hoped. I would hire them again because the team was real professionals.

I needed drywall tested from my remodel before I could dispose of it and ProKleen responded in one day. The fee was reasonable, and as soon as they got the results from the lab I was notified and i received the report I needed to show to landfill personnel. It was also good to know that if I did need abatement services, ProKleen could do it and I wouldn't need to search anywhere else. Great "one stop shopping"!

I have used this business several times and will never call anyone else. The technician Jess arrived on time and was courteous,professional, and thorough, even using a special treatment for the animal stains. The price and service was excellent. I highly recommend this service. Thanks!

I highly recommend ProKleen. ProKleen did an outstanding job repairing a water damaged floor in a bedroom and bathroom caused by a leaking toilet. Rusty, correctly identified dry rot in areas other companies missed. His years of experience made me confident that I was hiring a professional team that would do this job correctly. This house is a rental making it especially important that all mold be removed. Rusty tested the house before and after the job was done and provided documentation that the house is mold-free. When asbestos was found in the sheetrock (The plaster, not the rock itself, go figure!) he clearly explained how it would be removed and by whom. I felt I could ask any question, talk out all possible scenarios, and problem solve any issue with Rusty in charge. I would recommend this company to a friend and plan on using them for other projects.

The technician arrived on time. He was meticulous in cleaning the retrieved lint, and was very efficient in the way he went about cleaning our dryer duct.

Same day service and they handled an unusual situation with professionalism!!!

Two fair sized rooms, partial bedroom and a hallway. Less than an hour actually shampooing, looked no better than before. Called for a redo, returned and got barely noticeable results. Maybe spend a little more time on doing a good job and not trying to see how fast you can complete the job would make a difference. $330.00 for a job that wasn't worth what the guy doing the job was getting paid. Will not use again and will not recommend this company to anyone.
