Completely satisfied with their professionalism. They were here for about 1.5 to 2 hours and cleaned two rooms and hall. I have a 30 year old carpet that looked brand new when they were done. So great, I would call them again when I need them.

Our wool area rug needed cleaning, so we contacted Pro-Kleen. They picked up the rug, cleaned it and brought it back faster than we anticipated. My goodness it doen't even look like the same rug.
