They called and came early and efficiently took care of the dryer vent cleaning that had worried me for some time. My dryer is now working very well. The cost was very reasonable, I am very satisfied and would like this done on a regular basis.

They tested for mold & toxic materials. I have no complaints. I would use their service again.

We had testing only, and thankfully the "musty" smell that had me so concerned was not mold after all. So relieved. Still had the smell though. so a treatment with the ozone generator eradicated that. So pleased to be able to diagnose, and then resolve the issue, so we could move in without concerns about my allergies and asthma. Friendly, helpful, speedy service. (Some other businesses didn't even return my phone calls)

poor customer service never contacted me when thy said they would. poor work had to redo some of the work myself so that it was right.
