Ever since it was installed in 2012, Speedy Septic has been servicing the pump up system we have in the basement apartment we created in our home because the floor of the basement is below the street’s sewer line. They have kept it cleaned and working and in fact the same technician, Jason, has been the person to do it. Jason has been wonderful to work with. 5 stars (plus) because he's thorough and this time he found a broken valve that was overlooked by the plumber who worked on it 3 years ago. We greatly appreciate his experience and commitment to customer service.

The operator was ok. However, after charging me 95.00 for driving here, they charged 1200 for pumping a 900 gallon tank, and 675 for a 15 minute clean out of the pipes. I won’t be using them again, as they are way over priced.
