WAAAAAY OVERPRICED!!! And false diagnosis that could have cost me WAY MORE!!!

Work done professionally and on time. Project Manger Hayden was very knowledgeable and a good communicator. Had tried other septic cos in area but VERY disappointed. Speedy and Hayden were excellent. I would hire again.

We have used Speedy Septic twice, both for emergency situations. They were very responsive to our calls with excellent customer service. The techs were helpful in troubleshooting and explaining the problems. It’s comforting to know you can get a messy situation resolved quickly. When we had an issue with a pipe installation they were quick to resolve and stood by their work.

The guys arrived early and did a complete thorough job. They explained every step and gave a projected price before starting. The tank was 1000 gallons and everything looked in good shape, just needed the cleaning out.

When the crew understood how concerned I was about the entire condition of the septic system, they took the time to explain to me every detail of what needed to be done, what they were doing at the time, and how the system would work with the pump when the project was completed. Every crew member was professional, courteous and skilled at what looked to me to be a complicated (and icky) job. I received multiple phone calls to ensure I knew when they were coming and what was to be done. There were no surprises for me, and I can flush with confidence thanks to them knowing that my brand new tank and pump are installed 100% correctly. (It easily passed county inspection.) This was an excellent experience, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat !

The two gentlemen who presented to our residence did a fine job in determining the failure point of our septic alarm. I was told to purchase a 12V power cord, for which I was charged $150 for this sage advice. Well, I found a viable cord as well as a functioning power outlet and discovered the system still does not work. Ugh. While they have every right to charge me what they will, I'm most disappointed I didn't receive an advance call that they were coming to my home (which their representative assured me would happen).

Duane was very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable in considering septic system options for a new build. He was informed about more environmental options which was appreciated. He spent quite a bit of time with me to ensure that all of my questions were answered.

I called Speedy Septic July 13, 2017 to schedule pumping of my septic tank. The earliest available time was August 2 between 8 and 9 am. As that date approached, the weather was very hot and I offered to have them arrive as early as possible on the scheduled day. They arrived promptly at 7 am. It required a minimal amount of digging to uncover the septic tank. In addition to the pumping equipment, they used their own hose and water during the process, although they did ask for a hose or at least a water spigot. I did not have running water outside at the time, as I had advised when I made the appointment. The crew of two was polite and efficient and discussed with me their findings about my tank and drain field and provided recommendations for the future.

Our septic tank was replaced October of 2016. At the time we were told grass would delicately be pulled back and replaced. There website states that everything would be put back to our specifications. Due to weather at the time they said they would come back to put walkway back in place and fix the grass. After many calls they came out July 2017, put the walkway back and said they were not responsible to replace lawn. When we went to turn on our sprinkler system it didn't work in the area. We knew they had broken wires but the guys that installed thought they fixed it. Long story short- the general manager came here and said no-one told us the grass would be replaced and it was not there responsibility to repair sprinkler systems that they broke. Lawn hasn't been replaced yet do to hot weather and sprinkler system was $1600.00 to fix. General manager (who was a jerk) showed me the fine print where it stated they were not required to repair any underground breakages.

Informative website. Easy to schedule, one call, provided a two hour window. Speedy left reminder call on day before. Day of service, Jason called when 15" away from start of window. Arrived on time. Two man crew. Confirmed services to be provided. Provided information on maintenance. Pumped tank. Verified system was clear. Calculated bill provided senior discount which was better than coupon on site. Recommend highly.

Speedy Septic did an excellent job in a difficult sloped landscape. Putting in the 1500 gallon concrete tank was complicated with tall trees, mature plants and patios, but they managed it like the concerned and considerate pros that they are. Very careful and concise workmanship.

They arrived over an hour late, so had to cancel the vet appt at the last minute. The quote I got was for $325 for the first 500 gal, and add'l .57c per gal for my 1,000 gal tank. When they arrived, they told me I would have to pay for an additional 200 gal @ .57c gal since my tank was full to the top. My bill was $730 !!!! I have had my tank pumped by others in the past, and it was between $350 and $450. I would never have agreed to that amount, but the tank was backing up and I had taken the day off work to get this done, so I was forced to pay this outrageous bill. I will never hire them again!

The job was well executed. Compliments to everyone at Speedy Septic. Hayden Buley was very quick to respond to my request for an estimate. I called several other septic system installers on listed on Angie's list who were either booked far into the future, or who did not respond to messages. Hayden made an appointment and came out to inspect the site as agreed and on time. He was very personable and professional. He set up a second meeting involving Mr. Rooter. He then provided an emailed cost estimate. One uncertainty in cost was whether the drain field needed to be replaced. This could not be determined until it was unearthed and inspected. Fortunately the drain field was still functioning well. A new distribution box was needed, and the drain field pipes were cleaned with the "Jetter" and all was well. The job took a little longer than planned due to bad weather. Our only winter snow and ice storms happened while the job was underway. We live on a fairly high hill and the snow and ice conditions were fairly bad, so I can't fault Speedy Septic for having the job take a little bit longer than planned. Then made sure that we had functioning toilets throughout most of the job, always when their work day was done. I'm happy to report that original cost estimate was very accurate. Compliments to all of the Speedy Septic and Mr. Rooter crew. They worked hard in some very cold and nasty weather to get the job done.

These guys are nothing short of AWESOME. They work hard and effeciently and with the most outstandingly wonderful customer service ever. Professional -knowledgable- he looked me in the eye and explained everything as we went and was a joy to have help me with a really serious problem. We had someone recently pass away and had gone thru a COSTCO sized BALE of TP in a very short time AND I find out wipes too. Anyway that is too much for any system and I was really happy that they left me with a total solution and one less headache as one deals with a hundred other problems. If you use ANY ONE else you are crazy. We get what we pay for - nothing is free.. Use these guys I have for over 8 years and will continue to do so.

IIt went well from start to finish with Speedy Septic and we were very happy with their services. We were overdue to have our septic tank pumped but did not know where our septic tank was located and had not been able to get a map from the county. We had previously called a different septic tank company our neighbor had used. They came out and because an inspection port could not be located pulled our toilette and put down a camera. Then they went outside and located where they thought our septic tank was and we put up flags. They thought it was over 4 feet down so wanted to call in an excavation crew, which we did not want to do. I was advised to call them once the septic tank lid was located and they would pump it out but I would likely need to call someone else to put in the riser due to their schedule. We decided to have our landscape gardener do some digging to try and locate the tank but that was not successful. We decided to go on Angies List and find a different septic tank company that could do the entire job. Speedy Septic had great reviews so we called them and I was told they could do the job from start to finish. While I was on the phone they went out on the internet and located a map for our septic tank and sent it to me for no charge before I had decided to use their services. We hired them and they came out within a few days. In less than 15 minutes they had located our septic tank lid about two feet below ground by using the map, a probe and looking at the slope of our lawn. It was about 25 feet away from where the previous septic tank company had told us it would be. In less than an hour they had located and uncovered our septic tank lid and both drain field inspection ports on our lower lawn with a minimum of digging because their location skills are excellent. They pumped our tank and were done with the job in about two hours. They explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions. They also explained how our septic tank works and how to care for it in the future. I was offered the option of having risers installed and they explained they would need to obtain the parts and have a team come back to install the risers (which was an additional charge). We had them come back to install the risers and again they did an excellent job and also made every effort to accommodate my schedule and answer all my questions.

The service was provided timely, no crabby attitude, just a real pleasure, and I would recommend Speedy Septic, and the service man "David" to any one in need.

The worker Tim D was very speeding and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me.

Made an appointment with a 1 hour window. Technician Kyle called morning of to verify time. Called again to say he was finishing up a job before ours and that he'd likely arrive at the tail end of our scheduled time. Upon arrival, Kyle got busily to work stretching out several lengths of hose down our very steep hill. Work was completed in about 1- 1/2 hours. Kyle was friendly, hard working, and took great care not to damage any plantings while climbing up and down the slope.

Arrived, had the tank open, they checked it out, pumped and I still have a clogged line under the house and since they are not authorized for plumbing work - could not do the work, but had recommendations and will follow their advice. Was great to get to me so fast - as next service would not be available until Tuesday. It pays to have Angies List recommendations
