Gibson roofing did an excellent job. The roofing was done with only the necessary repairs, and looks great. The gutters came out looking great. The siding was done only in areas where it was needed and matched up well. And the price was very good. Quick response, great communication. Work was done quickly, and clean up was excellent. Highly recommend.

It was great from start to finish. I was pleased with the thoroughness of the job. When the job was completed, I had a question that could have been answered over the phone, but the owner sent out a rep to show me and answer my question in person. I appreciated that very much! Job well done:)

I was impressed from first contact. Steve Gibson came to my house and presented the bid in person and was very thorough in explaining what would be done if hired. He patiently answered questions and offered a solution for another area in my home. I got four bids total and chose his company based on our initial meeting. His crew was friendly and I could tell from their interactions with each other that they enjoyed working together which to me says a lot about the company they work for. They left the job site clean as a whistle. There was one problem with a clogged gutter and I contacted Steve and he had someone there the next day to take care of it. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company.

They did a great job and had someone checking on site. We had the estimate on Sunday and they started work on Monday.

This has been the best experience we've had with a contractor. Steve and his team were always responsive, thorough, detailed, flexible and creative. Before starting the work, they were up front about what issues we might find so there were no surprises along the way. They were always on time and finished the work on schedule. Steve Gibson and company replaced our roof with exceptionally good service and at a reasonable price. Our roof was leaking badly in midwinter, and Steve's company went over and beyond what we expected to get the work done quickly, which was a challenge during a relentlessly rainy period. They even did work for us which was not included in the bid at no extra cost, including remounting our television antenna in a new location and replacing a warped door on our attic ladder. Compared to the other bids we received, some things I especially appreciated were an itemized estimate that provided clear pricing for different options, including an Energy Star "cool roof" which was what we selected. Steve Gibson and crew were professional and detail oriented through every step of the process, providing us with a great roof and minimizing disruptions to our lives while the work was underway. We would happily use this service again, but with a new roof that has a 50 year warranty, it probably won't be necessary!

Perfect. Mr Gibson did exactly what he said he would do, when he said it would be done, and without a single issue. His employees are the best that have done work at our home and the home has been entirely renovated so there have been many difference workers. Mr. Gibson even solved an HVAC issue for me that two HVAC companies had been unable to resolve! We would hire him again without reservation.

Gibson Roofing was the clear choice for us. We felt the most confident with Steve on roofing knowledge, choice of materials, recommendations and skill. We also needed some structural work the the other roofers were not able to take care of. The cost was reasonable. Steve is a good communicator and helped us make good choices. After discussing the project with 5 roofing contractors, I chose Gibson roofing not only because of Steve’s competitive bid but I was also very impressed with his understanding and plans for addressing my concerns about elements of the project. Steve was prompt in communications about scheduling and work progress, his crews were hard working and professional, clean up was thorough and we are very pleased with the new roof and the siding repairs that were done. In the over 35 years that we have been in our home, we have hired only a couple of contractors as I have done most of my own work, but I can honestly say that I can not imagine a better contractor to work with than Steve Gibson. I have already recommended Gibson roofing to a friend in need of a new roof and will not hesitate to refer him to others.

Set solar panels aside, reroofed their location, replaced panels back to original location panels operating properly.

They did a substandard job according to my independent roof consultant, took my money did not give me a warranty, "sold" the business and reopened almost immediately under a new name called Gibson Construction. Common practice among shoddy construction companies according to Oregon Construction Contractors Bureau.

I am not one to hire contractors, it has been over 25 years since i have. I didn't think I could handle my roof redo, steep. After interviewing eight different roofing companies, Steve at Gibson roofing stood out from the rest. He really listened to what I wanted. And his pricing was very fair. I added some complicated requests and Steve came up with solutions. The roof looks amazing. Thorough at cleaning up, would never know a roof had just been torn off re-roofed. I am beyond pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Steve and his crews.

I was experiencing leaks in my roof and called Gibson Roofing. Steve Gibson soon called me back and came out to my house to provide a free estimate. He went on the roof and contacted me shortly after to go over his estimate. He provided me a detailed list of what his company recommended for replacement and repair, and even showed me photos of areas that were concerning. The estimate was reasonable, and I hired Gibson Roofing to replace and repair my roof. Weather permitting, Steve's crew came out quickly and began replacing the roof. The crew worked hard, and my roof and repairs were completed within 2 days! This company also went above and beyond by making minor repairs to ensure my gutters were working properly. I not only experienced professionalism with Gibson Roofing, but everyone involved were friendly and pleasant to be around. How refreshing to hire a company with these two important attributes! I have complete confidence that my new roof will last a long, long time. I trust this company, and would recommend Gibson Roofing to not only my friends, but my family as well. The men that came out to do my roof very nice. They clean up before they left. Ask me if there was anything else that they could do for me. Very nice.

Steve was great with the prompt bid, which was fair/competitive. He was willing to use a product I wanted that wasn’t originally in the bid. Delivery of the roofing wasn’t easy in our yard with a busy street and huge maple tree impeding things but they came up with quick solutions and didn’t sweat it. His guys were fast and very friendly. I’m very happy with my new roof! It looks great! I will use them again on my next project for sure!
