"Liberty did a great job from getting a quote to performing the work!! As soon as I requested a quote online, Joe called to arrange a time to come look. Quote was put together and received within days. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted our driveway and entry way to look like but I wasn’t 100% sure, Jody was super helpful on offering suggestions and helping finalize the plan. Once on-site they did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier with the finish product. We get so many compliments from neighbors who have lived in our neighborhood for years on what a difference the driveway and walkway has made and the curb appeal it has brought to the front of our home..I have been in construction for over 20 yrs and I would highly recommend Liberty concrete. I will be using them on my backyard project here soon!!"

"So the concrete foundation was poured but it was missing but it was missing all of our one anchor. There are walls that are too high and too low. They didn't use vibrator on the concrete so there's several places where the concrete didn't settle in and there are exposed rebar. So we hired another engineer to come up with fixes for the problem and the engineer said that the project should take 140 yards of concrete but the contractor ordered 189 yards so there's a lot of wasted concrete."

I do think we paid to much but there construction firm is one of integrity. The job was done mostly to our satisfaction. Just make sure you get all the cost up front. "Peter Noone is a really outstanding contractor. I was fortunate to have him rebuild my house after a tree fell on it and caused very significant damage. He is a great communicator, and kept me updated on everything, even when I had to be out of town. Perhaps most importantly, he has excellent relationship with his subcontractors, who provided uniformly high quality work and responded quickly to his scheduling needs. Having built my house a couple of decades ago using someone who had good reviews but only average communication skills, I promise that you will have a much, much better experience if you use the Village Builder. PS. The insurance company was very pleased with how he handled things, too - also extremely important!"

"After interviewing 8 contractors, Dorson Jackson was the obvious choice for our major project/home remodel, touching on every room in the house. From the very start, Dorson has been responsive & communicative, something rare and incredibly appreciated. He's not just a contractor, he's a businessman and understands the entirety of taking on a huge project for us. He dedicated an extraordinary amount of time for his bidding process, breaking the house down into zones, and then listing every single change, plus parts and labor fees for the changes, in every zone. Every other contractor gave us a one or two page bid with very few details. Dorson's proposal was a detailed 17 page document. He is EXTREMELY organized and we were super impressed with the effort he put into bidding the project. We have since hired Dorson Construction and he and his team have begun demolition. He also sent photos to us of every room in the house after demolition so we could see what he had done, what issues were found that he had prepared for as possibilities in his bid, and comments on each photo explaining what he saw after demo. Because we are not living locally, having someone we can trust with our home from far away is of the utmost importance. Dorson recently brought his son on board and we have been equally impressed with his follow up and thoroughness. In addition, Dorson has gone out of his way to help us with our permitting process, which is not part of his job and was only necessary due to failure of a third party.
