I have contracted with multitude of vendors throughout my 35 years of general contracting and remodeling and have never felt compelled to write a bad review, this being my first bad review. Big Larry Designs & the Haynie’s are, by far, the worst vendor/owners I have ever done business with. While we mostly like the end result, we are now having to redo our kitchen floor which was not done properly from the beginning. My husband and I have struggled with a lot of the shortcuts that were done and the job took longer than we were told it would take as our home is less than 700 square feet. We are paying out about $1800+ to fix our kitchen floor, which we shouldn’t have to do. They do not communicate well with people or with each other. They are also very wasteful.
