A good experience. clearly expert staff were punctual, polite and performed the service I asked.

They came on time and were very fast. Several heavily soiled areas were cleaned beautiful. Very happy with the service. Will definitely use again.

It has been a while since I have had the carpets cleaned and they did a fantastic job. We had a dog that we had to put to sleep but before that she was having a problem with incontinence. The cleaning got rid of all the stains and smells from the dog.

For what the tech was given, it went well. There appear to be pet stains in our carpet that the tech offered to clean, or we could treat them ourselves with a natural enzyme cleaner to break down the stain in several days. We opted to use the natural enzyme cleaner ourselves - though we might choose differently next time.

Elite Carpet Care did a very thorough job, and I highly recommend their services.

Elite did a fine job for us. The person who did the work was polite, efficient, and personable. Answered all questions in advance and gave an estimate that proved accurate, no hidden charges. Our old rug looked great and dried quickly, as promised. Owner called to check on our satisfaction next day, which was very nice. A couple days later, I realized I'd forgotten to use a $25 discount coupon that had come in the mail several weeks before the cleaning. Figured I was out of luck there, but called anyhow. I received a check for $25 within the week, no questions asked. That impressed me. I will use Elite again.

They showed up when they said they would. My landlord loved their work and asked for their Name and Phone Number. Call Tony and get an estimate. They do excellent work.

They were prompt and professional. They were able to undo the mess of another carpet cleaning service. They were very personable. I also like that they gave me a discount on the original price. I would use then again in the future.

The contractor was prompt, courteous, diligent and finished quickly. The rugs looked much cleaner than with past professionals and several marks that had been there for a long time were removed. We were very pleased with all aspects of the service and thought the cost was quite reasonable.

They were professional. Everything looked fine. I had no complaints, but I've found cheaper and better since.

They were marvelous. I had another company clean my carpets before, but I was not happy with them. The guy was really nice and efficient. He was fast and got things done like he should have.

Their services were excellent. They arrived exactly when they said they would. He was very efficent. He was very polite. He was able to answer any questions that I had and got the job done.

The guys that came out did a really good job. They got the job done fast and it only took them a few hours to get the job done. When they were all done, they cleaned up all the stray fibers and made sure there were no loose ends.

Job 1: We had new carpet installed in a rental unit and one year later when the tenant moved out the carpet was in a disgusting state. Stains were everywhere. They had paid another company to come out and clean, but the carpet was still disgusting. I called that same company to come out again, but the carpet was still stained and smelly. I then called Elite Carpet Care (then called another name) and in one shot they got my carpet looking and smelling great! It looked almost new again! Job 2: These folks always do a terrific job which is why I have used them for 5 years! When a tenant moved out of my duplex, they paid another carpet cleaning company to clean the carpets. After they left, I had to call that company again because the carpets didn't come clean. After the second cleaning, the carpets still weren't clean so I called Elite. After Elite cleaned the carpets, they were beautiful, the stains were all gone, and the pet smell also disappeared!
