Once they arrived it went well. I was told there would be an email in advance to confirm. Did not get an email. I called and left a message to confirm the appointment. Did not receive a call back. The cleaner was on time for the appointment so I guess I need not have worried. Still, would have appreciated a return call.

Great. Very friendly, did extra work on bad spots and left bottle of spot cleaner.

Excellent work and service completing the carpet and furniture cleaning. All work was estimated before the work started and billed as estimated. There was a follow-up call several days later to assure the work was completed to my satisfaction. Plus a follow-up visit to touch-up one item. Will recommend and use again... Sven was the technician.

Excellent - arrived on time and did an excellent job on both carpet and upholstery. Very careful attention to detail. I added the ozone machine at the last minute and the owner, Tony, brought it over in a matter of hours. Very much appreciated.

The overall experience was great. They emailed pictures of their technicians prior to arrival so we knew who to expect. The gentlemen that performed the work were friendly and professional. The end result is wonderful. They removed stains that I thought were permanent (dark beer, wine, and pet messes). We will definitely be contacting them again for our future cleanings.

It was excellent. The service was good and the person that they had out here was excellent. The only problem we had with them was they were supposed to call us on Friday and we had our carpet cleaned on Monday. They were supposed to email us but they apparently wrote down the email address wrong. That happens a lot so I won't hold that against them. We are actually planning on using them again at least every 10 months. Their price is reasonable. When I called them and they did not respond, they made sure they emailed me right away when they got the email address correctly. They were really on time. Actually, they were a few minutes early. The guy was great. I think his name was Jake. We really liked him. He was very personable and very professional.

The gentleman (I don't remember his name unfortunately) arrived on time to clean the carpets and was incredibly professional. I have used other carpet cleaners before and no one was better or worse in my opinion on the cleaning, but where Elite stood out for me was on the customer service. The carpet in the master bedroom wasn't drying and after having an industrial fan blowing in the room for several days and it still being wet, I called Elite. There was a very strong odor in the room and I was concerned that it was pet urine. I called the company to just leave a message around 5pm on a Sunday to ask that someone call me the next day and I received a call that night from Elite around 7:30pm. Again, I didn't catch the name of this guy either, but he called the person who cleaned the carpet to get some background. They came back out the next day to see what was going on. I won't go in to those details as it didn't pertain to them, but they were incredibly helpful and responsive and didn't charge for the additional trip out to my rental.

This company gets my carpet cleaner than anyone. I have used others and they always have some excuse for why they can't get it clean (its too worn, etc). They are prompt any professional.

Jake and his assistant Jose came and did an excellent job cleaning the carpeting. They were very personabe and did an excellent job. They were on time and very professional. We will use them again next time. Great company!!

They did an excellent job. There was a stain near the dining room table that they completely cleaned it up. The carpets dried quite quickly. We were very pleased.

Prompt,courteous and fast! I called them back the next day to redo one of the rooms and they were again very courteous, apologetic and quick. I believe that according to the technician the extractor the day before may have been the issue and in all fairness the carpet was very soiled in that room. I will definitely use them again.

After reading through all the reviews on Angie's List, I emailed Elite Carpet Care and received an answer the next day and made an appointment. The tech was running a few minutes behind schedule but called to let me know that he was on his way. The carpet on the stairs and in bedroom had been cleaned about 4-5 years ago, carpet in office had not been cleaned in about 10 years. There were stains from spills of everything from candle wax to coffee to unidentified stains that seemed to have materialized out of nowhere (no pet stains of any kind though). There was a slight "gym shoe/sock" odor that permeated the entire upstairs if windows remained shut for too long. I was just looking for an improvement and did not have very high expectations going into this ! RESULTS: ALL the stains are gone. The odor is gone. The carpet has a sort of brownish/beigeish diamond pattern and it is about 2 shades lighter and brighter now. Wish I had had this done a lot sooner -- won't wait so long next time !

I contacted Elite through an email late one night and received a phone call from them at 8:00 the next morning! That was incredibleto me. I recently moved to Eugene and had a vacant house. They cleaned our carpets in an almost 5000 sqft home, included spot treatment AND a protectant for the price. Plus, the owner called me first thing the morning after my service was completed to see if everything was finished to my level of satisfaction. Amazing customer service and my carpets look and smell wonderful.

Before the date of service, a photo was sent of the specialist. I thought that was a great idea. He arrived on time, and was helpful and very pleasant. After performing the original task, I asked if he could add on cleaning the stairs for me, and he did that without any hesitation. I gave a B on Quality, only because there is still a lingering pet odor. They do not guarantee they can remove that problem.

Jake was very courteous and went over areas that were dirtier than other spots. I would highly recommend them and use them again for our other areas.

We were very pleased with the service we receive. The cost was much more reasonable than other bids. We were very happy with the quality of the work. We referred Elite to 2 other parties who wanted carpets cleaned. We don't make referrals unless we are very satisfied. And we are picky. We won't hesitate to use Elite again.

I moved my furniture for them, so they came in and vacuumed and then shampooed the carpets and put a sealer on them. The carpets were damp for 24 hours but they came out beautifully.

Did very good job. Moved furniture and moved it back.
