Jake, the Elite Carpet Care cleaning guy, was absolutely fabulous! He was proactive and had lots of good suggestions. He was personable and knowledgeable. To my surprise (and elation) all stains were removed from the carpet. The carpet dried within the time frame he said it would (four to six hours). Carpets look wonderful!

We are renting a house and were told that the carpets were cleaned after the old tenants moved out. They were pretty stained and had an odor. I decided to have them cleaned again for piece of mind. Elite carpet squeezed us in the same day, got almost all of the stains out and got rid of the odor. I'm so happy with them I would recommend them to anyone.

Jake did a fantastic job. He was friendly and professional and arrived on time. I had originally scheduled them to clean two area rugs. When Jake arrived, I asked him to also look at a spot on our wall-to-wall carpet that had a large stain of unknown origins (it was there when we bought the house). At no extra charge, he cleaned/removed the spot. I would definitely use them again.

I can't say enough about the quality of work done by this Company. My carpets and my chair are "bright clean" and the carpeting is soft and lofty. I love it! The young man who did the work was friendly and efficient and I will be happy to call them back when my carpets need cleaning again. After an unpleasant experience with a company who uses a giant "Carpet Polisher" it was a pleasure to have my carpets looking bright and clean again. Thank you, Elite! You are the best!

I've used them for years. They're very thorough. They returned a second time to take care of some spots that reappeared. I think they're very fair in their pricing.

I was very impressed with the service and the young man who cleaned the carpets. He answered my questions and offered additional information as needed. Although he was running late, I was informed beforehand by the office, and he also called me from the road to keep me posted on his arrival time. I was also sent an email with his picture and other information beforehand. Afterwards, I received a follow-up phone call and note. The company was running a special which was featured on this listing as well, so I received a good price on the work. I will definitely call them in the future.

With our 10 month old granddaughter coming for a visit, we wanted the carpets she'll be crawling around on cleaned as well as a sofa and love seat that were looking kind of dingy. Jake from Elite did a great job. Better than we've had in the passed, by a long shot. The next day we noticed four spots on the carpet in one room that we felt required further attention and called Elite back, left a message and a few minutes later Jake called and said he could be back in her in 10 minutes and sure enough, he was. No quibbles, no questions. Actually apologetic. (And he shouldn't be) He really wants his work to be perfect. And, it is. Don't mess around with somebody who just makes your carpet wet. If you are serious about really getting your carpets clean, and I mean like new, hire these guys. You won't be disappointed.

They were quick, efficient, and very reasonably priced! Scheduling was easy and after-hours was an option. Tony made a follow-up phone call to see if we were satisfied with his company's services, which I really appreciated. We will continue to use them as our carpet cleaning company.

I forget to mention the sale of the carpet protector which as was an additional fee. I said no at first, but then the boss decided to give me 50% off if I would pay for the treatment. Overall, I would say that this is a good company, but beware of extras that they try to sell you, and underquoting the total cost of the job. You will definitely pay a premium price compared to other carpet cleaning companies, however, it appears that they do put more effort into the job and the final result is satisfactory.

. Went fine. A polite young gentleman arrived precisely on time, went right to work, finished in a reasonable time, replaced furniture, and departed. Just as we expected.

They were courteous, prompt, and professional. They were recommended to us highly from the company we purchased our furniture from. They did a great job!

Highly recommend this carpet cleaning service. It was very to set-up an appointment and didn't have to wait to long for service. The email confirmation and a picture of the person who would be coming out. The gentleman that came out to do the carpet cleaning was very knowledgeable about the carpet cleaning process and I appreciated his honesty. (I was curious about rug cleaning and the differences between services since prices seem to vary greatly between companies.) Elite came to clean the carpet in our living room. They moved furniture as needed and did a through job of cleaning. Will definitely call them again for carpet and rug cleaning.

They responded to my initial phone call in a timely manner. I was sent a confirming e-mail containing the name and a picture of the person who would be cleaning the carpets. He was on time and went about his work efficiently. Our carpet was in dire need of cleaning and looked very nice after the cleaning. We had a spot that came up from the padding after the carpet dried and he came back and sprayed it again giving us suggestions about what to do if this should happen in the future. I would definitely use them again.

The person who came was professional, personable and did a great job.

Everything was fine except arrival time was 30 minutes late.

Cleaner arrived promptly on scheduled day, and measured the square footage of the job in order to give me a cost. After I approved his price he worked for 3-4 hours and left me with really clean carpets - all the old stains gone! He gave me a pair of booties to wear while the carpets completed their drying. I'd use this outfit again.

They arrived precisely when scheduled and moved sofas and other movable furniture out of the way as they cleaned. Everything turned out beautifully. Even the urine-stained area looks as good as new. We were impressed by the cleaner's professionalism and highly satisfied with the result. The price we paid was the estimated price which included an Angie's List discount of $25.

I was in a bit of a hurry to get my carpet cleaned, as i had company coming into town. I called Elite and spoke with the owner, Tony. He came over the same day to give me an estimate. He initially didn't have any appointments availalbe the next day, when I needed it, but he made a phone call to switch another appointment. He arrived on time and was very thorough. Tony explained why I was having so much difficulty keeping my carpet clean (it's ancient) and gave me a complementary bottle of cleaning solution. One thing I'd keep in mind is, if you don't particularly care for air scents (as I don't), you might want to catch Tony before he finishes to let him know he can skip it. Overall, I had a very good experience with Elite Carpet Cleaning and highly recommend them.

We made an appointment, they came and did the job. They were on time, and talked with us to clarify what was needed. They finished their work in a timely manner and had good communication skills. You can't ask for more!

A little bit confusing when making the 1st call to the company. I wasn't sure what my "actual" costs were going to be for the carpet cleaning service and didn't really understand their "formula" for determining the pricing they gave me over the phone. However, I was assured that before any work was done the service tech would measure and evaluate my carpet cleaning needs and prepare a quote on site so I would know my "real" costs. Elite was very good at communicating about timing during and after the phone call. They let us know during the phone call the day and approximate arrival time and sent an email the day before our appointment. They called the day "of" the appointment to let us know "exactly" when they would arrive. And they arrived "on time". The only thing they didn't do that was promised was to send a follow up email to check in and see if we were satisfied. Tony and Jake looked very professional with clean uniforms and good grooming. They both worked like professionals. Both had good communication skills and no potty mouth. We asked them to do some "extra" work while they were at our home and it was performed right after our carpets were cleaned. They cleaned our sofa and loveseat. It was tedious and time consuming work but well worth the additional cost. They accepted our Visa payment "on site" and we didn't have to ask for our Angie's List discount as it had already been noted on the invoice when it was mentioned during the original phone call. We also received a discount on our accessory building and 20% discount on our upholstery cleaning. I can't imagine any small business doing a better job than they did. In fact a lot of larger businesses could take a lesson from the way Elite Carpet Care does business. They did a great job! Very satisfied and would hire again. Follow up: Received a nice post card yesterday. Good job!

Very nice guy...did not manage to get spots out of carpet....said the carpet was just that way....polyester.
