Description of Work: Jake cleaned the stairs plus two landings, the walkway in front, the hallway above the stairs, the living and dining room, and two small area rugs. He was very personable and spent extra time re-doing heavily stained areas. We also got the protectant on all of the cleaned areas.

Description of Work: They shampooed my carpet after my sewer overflowed. They scheduled me for the next-day and called to let me know they were running a bit late from their prior oppointment. I appreciated that contact. I believe they did a satisfactory job on a 20+ year old carpet.

Description of Work: The Technician arrived right on time at 8:00 AM. He was extremely respectful and professional All spots were thoroughly pretreated, furniture was moved as needed.
