 + -1 moreAbsolutely excellent customer service. Levi seemed to be always available and highly responsive to any questions or communication. A++ communication. Jeff the foreman is a true craftsman, walking me through all kinds of detail and explaining things that never in a million years I would have noticed, he's such a craftsman. Truly appreciated. We did have a door jam issue with one door not being able to be closed (in no fault of the company, we had stuffed that room so full of items, there was no way to test if the door cleared or not. They promptly came back and fixed it so the door opens and closes seamlessly. Overall highly excellent experience and I've already recommended the company to a friend. Thanks to all the guys working the job, the floors are absolutely beautiful!
Description of Work: We needed all the carpet demo'd and had solid wood floors installed throughout our 3-level home, in addition to the floors, 31 stairs were also a part of the project.

 + 2 moreThey did a really good job installing the new hardwood flooring and it only took them a day to do it. They also installed new doors, new base trim, new ceramic tile in the bathroom and around the fireplace
