Crew was on time and reliable. Price was fair, middle of 3 bids. Floor looks better than before however the product is not wearing to my expectation. Job was well done overall, floors simply aren't cleaning up and wearing well within 1 month time.

Rejuvination did an awesome job. A 2 day project that was originally scheduled for later in August, but they were able to bump us up to late July. Levi was great to work with and very informative. Thank you Levi and the Rejuvination crew.

Super friendly, honest, and professional from top to bottom. The floors had be heavily abused in a number of places, and they mentioned up front that some of the deeper scratches and cigarette burns might not come up, but I was a little surprised by how may were left behind (hence the B in quality rating). Overall they look great, and I don't know enough about flooring to say if more could have been done with those deep scratches or not.

I had initially met Levi when I was considering a flooring material from Lumber Liquidators. He came out to do the initial measurement. When LL didn't have the flooring I wanted he offered to help me on a Sunday look at options through one of his other business contacts. I didn't access this support, instead ordering my material from an on-line vendor. Levi stayed in touch while I was making my decisions and when I had placed the order he put me on the schedule for the work. The three week timeframe was perfect in giving me peace of mind about receiving the material in time and allowing for the acclimation period. On the first day I wasn't quite prepared for the experience of five guys with hammers using them all at the same time to take out the old material. They were efficient, hard-working and task-oriented, though, and what had originally been thought to be a three day job took just two full days. The crew was respectful and made sure that the house was navigable on the evening of day one. By day two the floor and the baseboards were installed. Because I have bull nose edges I had made sure to clarify from the beginning that the molding would be done in three pieces around those, and not just at a 45 degree filled with caulk. Levi seemed genuinely surprised at the idea that they wouldn't do it the correct, more labor-intensive way. They made sure to customize awkwards corners and connections, creating a visually harmonious look. One hazard of using the on-line vendor was that the T-moldings didn't get shipped with the flooring, and I had a bit of hassle getting them to reship. The crew were good-natured about the prospect of having to come back to install material that should have been available to them at the start of the job, which I really appreciated. In the end my floors look great! With any home reno project there will be unexpected things, but I was glad to be working with Levi. He clearly cares about building his business through providing great service and creating a reputation for quality.

The work was done quickly and professionally. The final product is stunning! I would hire Rejuvenation Construction again.

Levi had promptly returned call and walked me through the details of the installation process, always asking if I had questions or concerns and if things were clear. I immediately felt comfortable and decided to work with him. His team which included Dan as the foreman and 5 other crew members, arrived promptly each day for the next 4 days. They were respectful of the property, cleaning after they were done, and minimizing clutter at the end of the day. The crew made sure I was in the loop ( I was present throughout the installation process ) of any issues or changes that may need to be made. The final product was very well done and I was extremely satisfied with the work Levi and his team provided.

I have nothing but effusive praise for Levi and his team at Rejuvenation Construction. I and my fiancé recently purchased a spacious yet outdated condo in the Portland area, and it was festooned in wall-to-wall carpeting. We turned to Levi and his team to help completely transform our home. From start to finish, Levi guided us through a quick, efficient, and consumer-friendly renovation project. I say ?consumer-friendly? because I am not an advanced renovator *at all*, and I felt like I was getting a lot of runaround from other companies in town when I put out for a bid. During our meeting about my project estimate, Levi steered me in some economical directions that helped us achieve a high-end look at a good price. We put in a Natural Acacia laminate after we rejected a bamboo option due to the layout of our condo?due to the nature of the product, it would?ve forced us to create a lot of ?transitions? or ?breaks? between rooms in our open floor plan, which would have been unsightly. We are immensely grateful to Levi and his team for pointing us in the right direction, and leaving us with a dwelling that looks significantly more amazing and will surely bolster our property?s value (don?t pry about availability, because we aren?t EVER moving from this amazing place!).

Levi was very polite and efficient. Measured the main floor of the house and was out in 15 minutes. I'm sure his company does great work as they were recommended by Lumber Liquidators and have great reviews on Angies list. However, we selected a lower bidder.

Restained existing hardwoods in bedrooms that are now close in color to new bamboo flooring. Bamboo click-floor purchased from Lumber Liquidators is beautiful and was installed well.

Everyone one the crew was great! They were on time everyday and finished the project when they said they would. The installers were polite and professional. The floors look better than we could have hoped for. They are definitely a company I would recommend to my friends and family.

The hardest part of the job was dealing with the issues we discovered as we removed the old carpeting. We had to adjust which materials we would use because of the sub-flooring and water issues we discovered under the carpet. Levi was great at coaching us on best material choices when we discovered new the new sub-flooring surface and patient with our changing schedule as we dealt with the flooring prep issues we discovered as we went along. His crew was absolutely professional. We were home when they installed the floor and it was a very pleasant experience.

Levi and his team were incredible! They were punctual, paid attention to detail, were respectful of my home, and the bonus was that they also did a perfect job. I love my new hardwood and would recommend them to anyone. The long story is that I also had some complications due to a previous faulty initial installation from a different company. It caused a lot of extra work for Levi and his team and I cannot say enough about how gracefully they handled the extra stress.

The job scope was to replace carpet in two upstairs bedrooms with bamboo flooring, and to remove existing flooring on the main floor and install new bamboo flooring. The existing subflooring was not level and had numerous squeaks and noisy spots. The crews arrived promptly and worked very efficiently to complete the work. The two bedrooms were completed in one day by a four man crew and the main floor was completed in one and one-half days by a five man crew on the first day and a two man crew on the second day. The crew personnel were all considerate, courteous and very professional. The installation work included leveling the sub floors and screwing down the sub flooring to stop the squeaks. They did an excellent job leveling the floors and we are very happy with the result. The flooring installation appearance is exceptional and the attention to detail was outstanding. All the molding and trim pieces fit perfectly and all the installation nail holes were filled with matching putting for a seamless appearance. The final cleanup was very thorough and they left the house just as clean as when they arrived. We are very happy with the floor installation and definitely will use them again.

Levi came about 8:00 AM and worked with a big crew until about 7: PM the whole job was done in one day. they knocked this one out of the park.i would recomend him to anyone.he was very professional, and did a through job.

I had brand new bamboo flooring installed to include removal of tile, linoleum, and carpeting. Levi came and gave me a very through estimate on what i would be getting and what to expect. First I went to Lumber Liquidators in Portland, OR and looked at the flooring products, there they recommended Rejuvination as the installers. OMGand gt; I cant say enough about how easily and beautifully this whole project went Levi came out and measured and explained piece by piece how the project would go, what it would cost and gave me estimates that would include my stairs as well as without. He was very up front an honest about the fact that stairs are very very expensive to do and did not pressure me in any way when I opted to NOT do the stairs. Still I had more than 700 square feet of bamboo put. He gave me an exact date on when they would be here and what they would do and how long it would take and let me tell you these are some hard working guys! They removed Carpet, Tile in the entry way and linoleum in the kitchen. They leveled the floors so that all roooms would flow evenly. They even removed the toilet in the small downstairs bathroom i had included in the bid (and consequently reinstalled a brand new toilet i bought!! without issue). then pulled out my stove and fridge. they even 'picture' framed my fireplace tile. Before laying the flooring they put down this white sheeting called vapor locking then NAILED the floor down not just 'click and leave'. I have bull nosed corners (meaning they are rounded) they took the time to miter and cut the flooring boarding so that it looks so beautiful going around these corners just as though it were always built that way. Do I seem happy? you cant even imagine, I got less expensive estimates but trust me I just knew that what I was being quoted would be exactly perfect. I urge you to use no other installers. This group was amazing. After they were done I was inspecting and found a small spot of something in my dinning room. Levi had someone there ASAP and poof! fixed. He was responsive and thorough. I am going to have him to my kitchen counters and resurface my cabinets as well. This group does it all. Use no one else. Tracy Roberts.

We bought the flooring lumber from Lumber Liquidators, and they recommended Rejuvenation as their authorized installer. Levi came out and gave an estimate of cost and time. He was very professional and positive in his manner, and arrived on time. He communicated clearly, and did not pressure us at all. The crew showed up on time, and completed the work in exactly the time frame that was estimated. Two rooms in one day. They were professional and courteous, and they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves, and keeping the rest of the house from getting messy. They also helped us with moving a heavy mattress. The floors look perfect! There are no gaps, eccentricities, or issues of any kind. The cost was the amount we agreed on beforehand, with no changes. We will definitely hire Levi and crew again if we need any other flooring done! We also had a very positive experience with Lumber Liquidators.

I have used Levi and his crew for 2 different jobs. I have found them to be on time if not early, and very easy to work with. They Helped me move furniture that I could not move on my own, tolerated my crazy pugs and did an amazing job. I will be using them again and would highly recoment them. They are true craftsmen.

The guys were a great review trifecta: punctual, personable, and professional. They did a great installation job and were timely and efficient to boot (the project only took a day to complete). We also appreciated the overall ease of communication/availability for questions, etc. Definitely worthy of repeat business and recommendation!

We are totally happy with the work they did. The crew they sent was absolutely wonderful. They were here early and by the time it was the end of the day, they were done and they had it cleaned.
