In the past I have been able to keep the annual mole invasion pretty much in check with repellants, however this year I was invaded by aggressive zombie moles that were immune. They were quite industrious in my back yard and smoking them out did not work at all. Mole Masters responded promplty, set 7 traps in the backyard, and came back a week later to check. They found one deceased, and hopefully all the resident moles have passed on, are no more, ceased to be, are expired, gone to meet their maker, late moles, stiffs, bereft of life, resting in peace, pushing up daisies, have rung down the curtain, joined the choir invisible, and are ex-moles. So far so good. Mole Masters will return at no additional cost and address the moles if they should return within 60 days. I was pleased with their service, they were courteous, professional, and pleasant to deal with. Hopefully I will not need them in the immediate future, but would recommend their service for stubborn moles.

Before Mole Masters' scheduled visit, my daughter killed one of what we believed was a regiment of moles. When Randy from Mole Masters arrived there was no sign of new activity. Randy assessed our large back yard, made a tentative conclusion that we were dealing with one mole (then deceased) and suggested we wait to put out traps until activity began again. He was very knowledgeable, willing to discuss our situation and cautious about doing work that might not be necessary. I apprecieted that! We are all certain that our garden will again attract moles and, when it does, I will definitely call on Randy. We all want to see him in action.

It's a little pricey, but, the service is great.

We've had a significant problem with moles for many years. My personal success, as well as that of "shade-tree" types of mole trappers I've used, has been sporadic at best. This last effort was a final push to solve the problem once and for all without having to pave our entire lot. Mole Masters' method in my case was to provide repeated visits over a 60 day period to eradicate the varmints with mechanical traps. "Mike" made several visits during that time, trapping 4 moles in total. My desperation had reached the point that I'd demanded to see dead mole bodies. He never did show me, but then again I didn't see any new mole hills either. Actually I did see just one, and that is the only concern I have with the service. I called toward the end of the 60 days (turns out it was a day or two outside the window) merely to inquire about how hard and fast that time period was. I was only home a couple of days a week at the time and had noticed a single recent mole hill. I left a message but I never got a call back. Whether it was oversight or he blew me off, I don't know, but it didn't set well with me. Not enough to deny them an "A" rating but enough to give me a crick in the neck. Still, near as I can tell, their service worked well and I will probably use them again. The time of my service was Fall 2011, a little late in the year to know for sure if the problem is really solved. Now that it's Spring I should know soon.

He has been punctual. He has taken care of our problem already. Pricewise, he was on the higher side. He comes out regularly to check out the treatment that he is giving. He came around three different times. He tried to be consistent and followed up on things what he told us. He seemed to talk and give information. He doesn't rush through. Some people don't like to answer our questions, but he did.

The mole problem was handled very quickly. Moles have not reappeared.

This was a very smooth and easy experience and I would use this company again.

Services performed as promised. Unfortunately the critters returned the following spring, just as he had warned us.

We were totally pleased with Mole Masters service. From sign-up on the phone to weekly service calls, the company provided professional, friendly, accessible, prompt service. Most importantly, they seem to have taken care of our mole problem.

Mike is very responsive and successful so he knows what he is doing. When you want the moles gone, you call Mole Masters.

Moles Masters were awesome. I had another group try to remove the moles and couldn't. Mole Masters trapped 5 moles within a week. They didn't leave a mess; and I would recommend them to anyone who wants results!!

Mole Masters was very professional. Service was quick and efficient. The process was explained thoroughly and they educated us on the habits of the little critters. Now our yard just needs to recover from the mess the critters made. We would definitely recommend Mole Masters.
