Mole Masters

These folks live up to their name. They came out within a few days of my call and set a few traps. Came back less than a week later and they had trapped 2 moles. I like that they don't use any poisons and their traps are safe for pets. I also like that they will stand behind their work and come out again if the problem comes back. Will sing high praises for Mole Masters to anyone with moles terrorizing their yard.

Caught 5 moles over approximately 8 week time period. No signs of further moles.

They tried to catch the moles (They caught two) in three weeks, but they did not get them all before they got in the lawn. Their response time when I let them know there was new activity was about a week.

Caught 2 moles in 2 weeks - hope that's it!

Mike, the owner, was friendly and very informative during my first contact over the phone. As promised, Taylor (one of the "mole masters") arrived right on schedule, and surveyed the extensive damage at both ends of my shade garden. He told me it might very well be the work of just one mole, but set three traps anyway (to humor me, I think!) Taylor was exceptionally personable, customer friendly, and answered all my questions about mole behavior. From the day he set those traps, there was no more mole activity. Taylor came back the next week as promised, and found that one large mole had been trapped. The other 2 traps were empty, but to be absolutely sure, he left one trap. I should mention also that he was very careful to not further damage the ground cover when he buried the traps. Again, I saw no more mole activity in the following week -- so Taylor was right, it WAS just one mole. He has now pulled the remaining trap, and left a note on my door that I should phone them if mole activity reoccurs during the service contract period. I am extremely pleased with this provider's service. (Note to anyone else with a mole problem: Don't waste your money on granular repellents or sound-emitting devices.) Only traps work, and you might as well let Mole Masters do the job for you!

Wow. I had no Idea how overrun our yard was. Thanks to Roger's patience, tenacity and hard work, the critters are gone! Finally!

These guys are really good. They know moles an they're good at trapping them. They always pick up the phone or call you back promptly. They show up and leave you little " mole notes" to let you know when they've been successful.

The technician arrived 1 day after the call to arrange service. The traps are set with buckets over the top to prevent pets/animals and small children from getting hurt or damaging the setup. The technician returned 3 times to check and reset traps. Very neat work and effectively done.

It didn't go well. Paid for 3 months of service. They came and caught one mole. After that they wanted to argue with me that I had more moles in my yard despite additional tunneling activity. The last conversation I had with them they said "those are either old tunnels or those aren't moles." These were shallow tunnels that were visible from the surface. I had tamped them down so they could not have been old. If they weren't moles, what else where they? Tunneling mice? They also told me there shouldn't be much activity this time of year. Ok, but I have evidence of moles. Maybe the moles forgot to check the calendar... Called somebody else out. Guess what they caught in those same Tunnels Mole Masters refused to deal with? I paid almost $300 to get one mole caught. Had to pay another $300 to get somebody else out to trap the moles these guys wouldn't come get.

It was ultimately effective. We did have to interact with them a few times to get them to come back out. But they did put out 9 traps, and eventually eliminated all the moles.

I loved the fact they came once a week and did a great job. They arrived on time, filled all the holes that were left and you couldn't even tell they were there. I would tell friends and family they have a good service.

They checked weekly and after several weeks caught the first mole, then after another week the second mole.

Mike truly is the Mole Master. He responded to my inquiry within a few hours and set traps the same day. Less than a week later 2 moles were caught. Mike was very professional prompt. Service was a bit expensive, but well worth it. Moles are gone, and I didn't have to agonize over it. If they come back, I know who to call.

I had mole mounds in the back yard grass. I called molemasters and they came over that afternoon. He set 4 traps and came back a few days later, after the weekend. Two moles caught !!! No more mole activity now, we are very pleased. |Nice guys , prompt service.

I called for assistance and they were out and set three traps the same day. They came back weekly and caught one mole and since there was no new activity, they pulled the traps today. I really like the 90 day service, so if the moles return I will call them back out.

Mike set 6 traps on the day that I contacted him. He trapped one mole and there has been no further activity. He pulled the traps after about 10 days. He showed up right away and set traps immediately. It appears he was effective in his method. I thought the price was high for the service provided.

We have a Half Acre Lot and this year we had an especially bad intrusion of moles in our yard and flower beds. They promptly came out and set multiple traps in all areas of our property. After about 4 weeks of service, the moles appear to be gone with no mole hills in sight. They caught 4 moles in all. Hard to believe 4 moles could do so much damage. I wish I would have contacted them earlier. They also did a nice job of educating me about moles and what was attracting them to my property. Thumbs up for Mole Masters!

On-going process - they have captured multiple moles to date and continue to trap for additional moles and gophers which are proving to be elusive.

Mike was very nice and very fast to show up for the job, there was nothing what could have been done today. Will call him back when need him.

It went fantastic. We paid for 3 months service. Mike set traps and the moles were caught. He comes weekly and leaves a report each time of what was caught (or not) and the number of traps set. Our original infestation was in January and the mole was caught. The traps were left in place until no other activity was taking place. Another infestation was started in March and Mike was back right away and caught that one, too. This company gives excellent service.

They were professional and they will be coming back to get them on the other side of our yard. The price was for 60 days of mole catching. They were very responsive. We called them in the morning, they were out that afternoon, and I called them this morning and the man will be coming out this afternoon.

If I could give an A+ for "Responsiveness" I would! Within 1 hour of my phone call I had traps set in my yard! Mike answered my call right away and said he was actually on his way out to my area anyway. He stopped by, explained what I had, and set traps immediately. Great service!

We are extremely pleased with Mike's service! He came to our home the day following my phone call to him. He promptly set 6 traps and said that he woul be back in one week. True to his word, he returned the next week, reporting to us that he had successfully trapped two moles, in two separate areas of our yard. He removed his traps and cleaned the areas where they had been placed. We are thrilled to have the mole, and their distruction, out of our yard. We know that with the 90 days guarantee the Mole Master's give, if anymore subterranean intrudes should come into our yard, that Mike will return with traps at the ready. Mike was fantastic. I had a mole in the flower beds that was extremely difficult to catch. Mike set nearly a dozen traps and checked them frequently, moving them each time. A month after he caught the culprit, another showed up. Because he has a warranty that if there are any others within a certain amount of time, he returned at no cost. It took a long time to catch the next one because it similarly stayed out of the lawn and was mostly traveling in the shallower flower beds. But Mike returned 2-3x per week to check traps and move things around - always cheerful and happy to do so. He caught the last one and I haven't had one since. I've given his number to several friends who are equally thrilled with his work. Please do yourself a favor and work with Mole Masters to get rid of your problem pest.

The troublesome mole(s) was/were gone in two weeks, and have not yet returned. Mole Masters did what they promised.
