After wrenching my back trying to work in the cramped space under a bathroom sink, I finally gave up and called M P Plumbing to complete the job. They had done satisfactory work for me previously so I called them again. Tim arrived on time and got right to work. As hard as the job was for me, Tim made it look simple; experience counts. Job was complete within 2 hours. Tim was very friendly and very professional. Exceptional service.

Due to last minute problems with my new countertop the plumber had to be re-scheduled twice but they were terrific about it. The install went smoothly and quickly. I was very happy with their serviceman and their office staff. Can't say enough good things about them!

Mike fully explained the job, pricing and expected end result. He specifically researched the model of my hot water heater so that he could give me correct details. I wish my project had started with this call to Mike, it would have saved me time, money and frustration. It WILL be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

I had a leaking faucet hose which had penetrated the bottom of the cabinetry and the flooring into the drywall of the ceiling on the lower floor. After having had a bad experience with another plumbing company, it had become a more serious problem and MP was there to help. Keeley worked with me to schedule me as soon as possible and squeezed me in. Michael came and diagnosed the faucet hose as the problem. He gave me the options - I chose to pick up a new faucet the next morning which he said would be the quickest fix so as to prevent further leaking and damage to the cabinetry, floor, and drywall, whereas getting a new hose for the existing faucet would cause a delay waiting for it to get here. I called MP on the following day after the initial visit to let them know I had purchased a new faucet and they scheduled Michael to come back out 2 days later, but said if he had some time the next day he would try to squeeze me in. He called and came the next day to fix the faucet. He was quick and I was very happy with the job. Thank you MP for helping me so quickly! I'll definitely be using them again for any other plumbing needs!

M P Plumbing saved my day. I emailed my boss that I needed to take off to deal with plumbing problems. I proceeded to call five different plumbers. Could not be schedule until next week or two. So when I called M P Plumbing, I was elated they would come this afternoon. The plumber, Gene Mason did very professional work, was polite, and arrived today. Perfect results. Thank you.

Tech had been here for 30 minutes when he informed me he could not repair a leak in the pipe leading to our well. He said a well company wood have to fix. (I later found out that was not true) He said that the minimum charge was for an hour so we decided he would dig to try and find the leak to make up the hour I was paying for. When the hour was up he came to the door and said I owed him for an hour and 15 minutes because his time started when he called me to tell me he was on his way?! What if he got stuck in traffic?

I have used MP Plumbing in the past and I have been satisfied with their work. However, today I had a terrible experience with the owner of the company. I had called all last week, leaving messages for him personally to please call me back. I never received a call, so I called the receptionist again and I made an appointment for a plumber to come out to my house. Today, Rick, the owner of the company called me yelling at me, and telling me that the plumber was not going to come out today. He told me that I was lying to him, that I had only left one message (that is not true, but he didn't respond to it either.) He told me that I wasn't worth the phone call. To be fair, he was probably having a bad day. However, I am not the one that was causing his bad day. My project was not a plumbing project, but I told the receptionist that, every time I called. I also, said so on each message that I left Rick. He could have calmly and in a respectful manner said that he couldn't help me, and maybe even point me to someone that could help me. He chose not to handle it in a manner of a respectful business owner. I have never been so terribly by someone that I was totally prepared to pay for the services that I requested. You just don't treat your customers, or anyone for that matter, that way. I will never use this company, nor ever recommend their service to anyone. I have never left a negative review, but Rick's behavior was so over the top rude, that I didn't want that to happen to anyone else.

The cost was fairly extensive because we were getting some plumbing done for the apartment that we're carving out of our house. They were prompt, they knew what they were doing and if they ran into a problem they consulted with others within the organization to get their questions answered.

M P Plumbing never showed up for a scheduled service call. I had scheduled the call to have them estimate the cost of a gas line install for a dryer. They would not provide a free estimate, stating that they needed to visit prior to giving an estimate and would have to schedule it as a service call, with a minimum $125 charge (which could be applied to the cost of the install). I gave them very specific instructions that they had to meet me at the scheduled time, as I had only a 1/2 hour window. I waited to the end of the window and no serviceman and no call from M P.

Michael called ahead and arrived ahead of time. He worked diligently to drain the water from the crawlspace and to look for any leaks that might be causing the water to pool. He found no leaks and was very professional. The wafer was removed in a timely manner and Michael cleaned up thoroughly. I was very happy with this service.

I liked them. They were easy to work with. They were good about clean-up. They were very professional.

M.P. Plumbing promptly scheduled a service appointment to work on the problem I was having with the Alarm going off on my sewage pump. Laramie from M.P. Plumbing arrived right on time as scheduled. He was very knowledgable and had no problem taking the sewage pump apart and replacing the alarm system. He then tested the entire system to make sure all the components (old and new) worked before he was done.

Laramie Harding was personable, informative, and skilled. Did a great job.

Ryan showed up on time and quickly repaired the problem. Good, courteous service at a fair price.

Contacted the provider for small appliance repair. We were told over the phone that he had to order a part to do the job. No call back after that. We phoned a half dozen times over three weeks to check in on the status and got no returned calls. We even asked that he just let us know if he couldn't do the job, so we could just move on to a new provider. Nothing. Very poor communication and professionalism.

We were replacing our sinks and faucets. The faucet valve coming out of the wall in the Master Bathroom was leaking. I decided to replace it. I put a wrench on it and attempted to remove the old valve. With very little pressure the water line snapped. I discovered I have plastic service lines. I called around to several plumbers for emergency service late on a Friday night. Most did not answer their phones even though they advertised 24 hour service and those that did said, since I had my water turned off it was no longer an emergency and they would not be able to get to us for a day or two!. I got a hold of Hugh at M P Plumbing, I explained the issue and he was happy to help. He had to drive down to Tigard from Vancouver. I hired him to come down. Upon arrival he was quick, professional, and polite. From our phone conversation he knew exactly where the leak was. He walked in the front door and bounded up the stairs, quickly going to work. He had the leak fixed very quickly. My wife and I were both impressed with his politeness, professionalism, quickness, and thoroughness in the repair. Hiring a plumber is alway a bit scary as you never know what you will run into, and what problems lurk behind the walls. Hugh made the repair process, as painless, and straight forward as he could. We would definitely use M P Plumbing again and I would probably always request Hugh. This is a quality outfit, with quality personal. Thank you Hugh and M P Plumbing for fixing our leak, we slept much better knowing we were not going to be gushing water out the back side of the house.

Michael did a great job! They came on time. They nice and personable. Very neat and clean.

On 4/29/2014 at 9pm we found water all over our laundry room floor. The faucet head was cracked so we had to shut off the water to our house. I left them a message that night. They called me at 7:30 am the next morning and were here by 8:30. Joe was wonderful, he has been with the company since 1985. He found the crack and replaced both faucets for hot and cold water. We turned the water on and all worked great. They were professional, efficient, got the job done and were reasonably priced. Great job M P plumbing, I will call you again if needed and will suggest to all my friends and family that they use this company for any plumbing needs.

was recommended by a cabinet maker who has used them often. he cautioned that they were not the cheapest, but their quality of work was very very good. i spent a frustrating time on the phone talking to a plumber/scheduler through the receptionist asking/answering questions. never did talk directly to anyone who could answer my questions. i initially made an appointment to have them out; thought about it some more and cancelled two days later. i thought the initial call was rude. when i cancelled, the lady to whom i spoke was curious i was not going to reschedule and apologized. i scheduled the work with another company.

Laramie arrived earlier than expected but said he could wait if I needed more time. ?I wasn't completely convinced that I needed a new hot water heater, so Laramie took a few minutes and called the maker of the heater to verify the serial number; my heater was 18 years old! ?I appreciate that he wanted me to feel comfortable with the job.? Laramie was extremely pleasant to work with, took time to explain everything, and the entire job was done in 2 hours. ? I have used this company before and I will definitely use them again. ?Laramie was a pleasure to work with.
