Things can and do come up with any project and I appreciate TJ's attitude and customer service. I also found the price very competitive and fair. I would definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: I had my front lawn replaced and my irrigation system updated. They did general pruning including a long property line hedge. They also sent out a more skilled pruning team to prune a number of very delicate Japanese Maples and small specimen trees, In addition they installed a root barrier for a large bamboo hedge, and sped bark chips (much better than bark dust) throughout the beds, Upon inspection a number of small plants had been overlooked during the pruning. I brought it to TJ's attention and he sent out his guys right away to complete the job.

 + 0 moreAfter the leak was stopped, they later came back and repaired the issue. The only thing I would say is we had to reach out to them to know that the work had been completed. It had, but would have been nice to know. Only after we reached out to confirm the work was done did we get the bill.
Description of Work: We noticed a leak from a landscape pipe in the backyard. Contacted 3 vendors from Angie's List and Landscape Services responded within a few hours, plus they came over and stopped the leak immediately.

 + -1 moreIt went rather well. In fact, when the retaining wall began to sag after the drain was installed, TJ and his team spent at least 3 full days working to repair it at no additional cost. Very impressive work ethic. Will definitely use his services again in the future.
Description of Work: TJ and his team installed yard drainage systems along the front and side of our home to carry gutter and land water run off to our creek in the back yard.

 + 1 moreAt first there was a big miscommunication about the job. TJ thought that the work had been completed. However, no one had come to my house. And once this problem was identified, TJ was quick to act and his guys did an excellent job in getting my sprinklers up and running. Including going above and beyond by digging up some roots and putting some new heads on my sprinklers that got everything running well.

Landscape Services came out, and within two hours, they had located ALL of the many sprinkler heads we didn't even know we had. Replaced the old control panel (circa 1982?looked like something out of War Games) and got the system in tip-top shape!
