Job was scheduled and done on time. Very neat and tidy after each days work. Very professional and an excellent job. Any questions we had, were answered right away. Will recommend then as much as possible.

Guy came by, was prepared to do the work, but wasn't able to tell me how much it would cost. He couldn't get ahold of the owner, the owner never replied back to me. I got ghosted.

It went extremely well. Despite heavy rain, and even hail, the workers dug out mounds and mounds of half dead juniper, which had deep extensive roots, limbed up various firs, installed gravel and cleaned up everything. They worked long hours and worked very, very hard.

They were great! TJ, Dave and the crew were easy to work with, listened to our hopes for the project and did an excellent job. We will definitely call them again in the future.

We loved our lead David and his crew! They were on time every single day and worked so hard during the coldest and rainiest season of the year! They moved a mountain of clay dirt in our yard to just make it flat so we can have a new lawn area for kiddos. Not the mention the retaining wall has to be redesigned at least a couple times so it's more appealing and functional than the original plan. Lead contractor David has an design eye for the whole project and checked with me every single time when he had a new better idea. Price is so much more reasonable compared to the other company's quote. They truly went above and beyond to make our backyard feel like we can proudly call it our backyard again! Thank you so much! We will definitely hire them again for any future projects.

Marcos was fast and efficient. He had to dig down to get to the pipe and that took him no time. I was very pleased with his work. He was easy to work with.

Great. I was extremely happy with Marcos, who found the leak very quickly. I was impressed with how he not only found the leak but saw another spot where the soil was wet and investigated that. It turned out to be where my system drains out. He also found my "lost" valve box for my backyard system which was under a rock pathway. Marcos has great analytical skills and is a super detective! He also took the time to answer my questions and taught me a lot about the workings of my irrigation system. Unlike many contractors who have worked on my house/yard, Marcos was engaged in his work and really seemed to care. He is obviously an expert at what he does!

Markels came on time and replaced the pipe, adjusting sprinkle nozzles in a very professional and efficient way. I definitely would like to rehire them in the future.

TJ came and quoted the job quickly. His company was several weeks out on doing the work, and he let me know that. When the scheduled day came, the crew came and worked quickly. I had one question after they laid the new grass and the crew came back and addressed it. We are very very satisfied with the final result!

After using another company (a company that is very highly rated on Yelp) all spring and summer for biweekly landscape maintenance, it was time for a change. We didn't like how our yard looked and thought it was simply because the company we were using only did maintenance every other week (instead of weekly like TJs company). TJ's crew has now been out twice and our yard looks 100 percent better than it looked when TJ's company took over our maintenance. You won't be sorry using TJ and his crew. I wish we would have used TJ's company all summer rather than suffering through sub-par service from the other guys.

If we could give TJ and his crew an A+, we would. He has taken better care of our lawn and garden than anyone in Portland we have ever had. The crew is knowledgeable, professional, and punctual, and it shows in our landscaping. In fact, they brought the lawn back from near dead, after our last landscaper trashed it. The cost is comparable to others we have used. We recommend Landscape Services without reservation. Thank you!

They arrived on time and worked diligently. All the plants and shrubs were painstakingly covered by the various sprayers and single nozzles. I am very happy.

This may not sound like much but I had a garbage truck back over a sprinkler head breaking it near our driveway. I had also been sidelined by back surgery a few weeks earlier and unable to make this repair on my own. I contacted Landscape Services via their web site and explained my situation and they had a crew repairing the sprinkler the following morning. My fears during this summer season that it would be extremely difficult to get someone on site in any reasonable time frame and had plants suffering and in danger of losing. I could not believe the promptness and professionalism for a reasonable price. Kudos!

I like to talk with a live person, its understandable to leave a voicemail, but when TJ Schroeder's voicemail directs to leave a voicemail or call the office to talk with staff and their voicemail is too full to leave a voicemail? I'm sorry but that's poor service. I won't try this company again.
