Description of Work: Removed Ivy, removed bushes, trimmed bushes, trees, removed yard debris. They did a very good job in a very short time frame. The only thing they did not do that was asked was remove loose debris from underneath trees alongside house. This might have been a communication error. It seemed as though they actually added some of the loose leaves under the trees. Since I wasn't there to oversee the work, I'm guessing that they didn't understand my instruction for that one thing. Other than that, I left pictures for them with instructions, and everything was done. Very good job especially for the price.

Description of Work: I needed my three-zone sprinkler system "tuned up'. Had some sprinkler heads not working, some needed to be re-aimed. I scheduled a time for a bid. TJ arrived on time and gave me a bid of $125.00. We scheduled a time for the service. The service men arrived as scheduled. He worked quickly and checked every detail of my system. He corrected everything. I was surprised when my bill arrived that it was for $86.00, as I didn't need some of the replacement parts included on the original bid. I have already scheduled another project.

Description of Work: The request for paver walkway supposed to be 18" with 1 block wall border. Forman on job did know know how to make cuts with block border and I told him I don't care if he used natural turn of block. The walkway turn put larger. I ask for a 4x8 pad because of the way he made turns with block it turned out a little larger. He was make so many mistakes cutting paversion he ran out. I ask him if he wanted me to go down and buy some more, he said yes. I ended up buy 100 more, I believe he wanted me to go so his boss would not know. I finally had enough and told the owner I did not want him on my property and could he get someone else. |He turned the job over to a friend and his paver expert Jeremy did a great job. He said it looked like a third grader tried to do the job before he completed it. |time for bill collection. I did ask for additional work adding the border of block wall. I agree did make job harder. The additional cost per David was over 3000. I totally disagreed. He said the Forman with the other company told his boss I had ask for the additional width of walkway and 4x8 piece. I DID NOT. When I ask for the additional work owner never did come back with a price. David and I agreed on an additional charge of 1000. Now looking for a yard maintenance company. |

Description of Work: The past winter, I had purchased a new house with an in ground irrigation system for the lawn. Unfortunately, I did not plan ahead and make arrangements to have the system serviced earlier in the spring, and had a difficult time finding ANY company to service my system, much less, even respond to my calls and requests to schedule a service. Landscape Services Company was the only company that bothered to call me back at all to discuss an appointment and did so within 24 hours. | |T. J. returned my call within a reasonable amount of time and explained to me that it was their busy season and he would do his best to fit me in. He came out within a week to do an estimate, and then came out a couple of weeks later to do the work. Under the circumstances, I think they were very responsive, as I take responsibility for my lack of planning and their willingness to fit me in as best they could. | |Please note that I had also contacted 3 other companies from Angie's List, and none of them bothered to call me back at all. T.J. and Landscape Services at least had the courtesy to call me back, explain the circumstance, and did work with me to help me out. | |I would highly recommend Landscape Services Company and plan to use them for other services as well. |

Description of Work: Although I don't have my bill as yet this company was prompt and professional. Actually the irrigation specialist they sent was very helpful and explained the system to me quite well, many things I'd not known which is helpful. All I needed was a gasket to fix the system.

Description of Work: Replaced above ground sprinkler valves with below ground ones in valve boxes. Changed nozzles on some existing above ground heads to rotating ones for better coverage. They showed up on time, completed the job in just a few hours and cleaned up after. Tested all zones. Great job!

Description of Work: Prepped and cleared grass from around sprinkler heads. The lead guy then began telling me I didn't have enough sprinkler heads to adequately water my lawn. I said that I was quite aware of the capability of my sprinkler system and that it sounded to me that he was suggesting that they dig up the yard and add piping and sprinkler heads . That was service I was not requesting. So then they found something wrong with relay switch in the main box that had to be replaced ( had no idea if that was on the up and up). I felt it was like a bait and switch situation.
