This took place at our daughter's home in Portland, she was very pleased, so I am pleased!

We have been using LSC to maintain our yard for around a year and a half. Before they began helping out, yard was unkempt, and our lawn was in particularly poor condition. TJ's team mowed, thatched, aerateed, over-seeded, limed, fertilized, and mulched our front and back lawns. Within a 1-2 months, the lawn was dialed-in. They also trim the bushes/shrubs, and periodically spray for weeds. The team is polite and fast-working, and we have never had an issue with the quality of work. We struggled for a couple of years trying to maintain our yard ourselves, but we no longer have to worry about it with the help of LSC.

The best part of my whole experiance was the suggestions they made on the patio. I feel like I got way more patio then I had hoped for originally. I could certainly see that this was not their first time at this. As this work was done in December I had expected that the lawn would be trashed, as they were finishing up with the last details they paid extra close attention to the clean-up. By the time Christmas came you would have thought the work was done months before.

Shortly after moving into our new (to us) home, the sprinkler system started leaking. Two or three people told me they thought I had a cracked valve, so I called one repair company that estimated the repairs would cost $600 to $1,000, depending on how much I had done. A second company wanted $85 just to give me an estimate. I called Landscape Services Company and not only did TJ call me back immediately, but he also arranged to come look at the system the very next morning. When he did, he said a cracked valve was not my problem, it was a cracked fitting inside. He said he'd try to find a new one and get back to me three or four days. Today (he was here yesterday) he rang my doorbell and announced that he had found the part and had already replaced it for me. Wow! I wish I'd called him a couple of months ago, but I put off the repairs because I expected a large expense. In addition, he offered to notify the county that my backflow system was OK and does not require annual checking. Thanks to Angie's List for helping this newcomer find the best places to do business in my new community.

From start to finish I could not be more pleased with the job that Landscape Services did. I called Landscape Services and left a message. TJ called me right back to see what we needed he said he would be out the next day at 9:00AM. T J was on time the next morning just as he said. I explained to him what was going on and what I would like to do, he listened and then told us what he thought, and what we would need to do to fix our problem. He said he could have his crew start that afternoon and that he would have it finished by the end of the next day. The work was done just as T J said it would be done and in a very professional manner. The crew was also very professional and cleaned up each day after working. I would highly recommend LandScape Services and T J. We have also hired them now for weekly landscaping services thanks TJ

TJ came the day I called to assess what needed to be repaired. He and his helper did some of the work that afternoon. As promised, his crew returned a couple of days later to perform the other repairs I requested. The work was done very well and the cost seemed reasonable for the hours and new fixtures installed. They knew what they were doing and went right to work.

First we received an estimate from TJ and then he and his crew went to work repairing our lawn, sprinkler system and installing new pathways. What we had done was right on estimate and the work turned out great. He came back a couple of times to make sure everything was all right and to do some touch up. TJ has been great to work with and has answered all our questions.

Overall... GREAT, simple as that. Communication of what to expect was great, the progress of the project went as planned and his crew was very polite.

Landscape Services Company gave us the property we've been dreaming of and they did it with no hassle and at almost half the price of other bids that we received. I was tremendously happy with their work and I felt they went above and beyond what was expected. Everyone that I met from the beginning through the end of the project was very friendly. They were punctual and made sure I was happy with the progress being made each step of the way. We loved the family-like bond that TJ shared with all of his employees. The crew doing the work was very professional and paid attention to detail. I continue to use Landscape Services Company to maintain the wonderful work that they did. Their prices are so affordable that it's not even worth getting out the lawnmower.

It is very hard to find a company at the coast that is prompt, returns phone calls & shows up when expected... I did not have to be there.. I explained specifics of my needs to TJ. He called confirmed that he had looked at the property offered advice & the results are outstanding.. I have learned from years of services from this company that the owner is truly hands on & cares for his customers as well as the performance & results of his employees.

We were very carefull in selecting a contractor. We got in touch with 4 companies and quickly narrowed it down. Landscape services immediately called us back to set up an estimate. One of the companies never even got back to us. We were impressed by the knowledge of TJ and that it was a family owned business for 25 years. He explained that while he may not be the one using the shovels or equipment, that he would be on the job himself to see it through. 2 other companies seemed to send a salesman out that we wouldn't see again. We checked with the contractors board and they are licensed in all phases without any bad remarks. TJ provided us with proof of insurance and workmans comp. We saved for a long time to do this project and couldn't be happier that Landscape Services did it for us. They truly love the work they do and it shows!

I received a quick response to my inquiry, and then scheduled a very reasonable 2 hour window for an appointment to estimate the work and excellent follow through with the job being completed with-in the time frame indicated. There was some additional work discovered (some of the bushes had died) and I was contacted with the option to approve the work rather than just ignoring or doing it without asking. The work is excellent; I am very happy with the results. I am signing up for the ongoing maintenance service now and will let you know how that works out in the future. Besides having excellent work completed on my yard, the other experience I appreciated was the communication; I didn't have to wonder what was happening, I was kept well informed.

Landscape Services Company comes to my house once a week (sometimes twice a week in the summer). They come the same time, on the same day each week. We really like that they stick to their schedule so well, because we have pets and children. When we know they are coming,and we don't have to chase the dog down the road! They are a family owned business, that has been around for a long time. They do everything around my yard, I don't have to touch it! They are prompt, polite, and very professional. They have a company truck, and they haul away all of the mess. It costs me the same amount every month, rather than having larger bills in the summer time. I will continue to use them in the future.
