Landscape East & West

Description of Work: I called Landscape East and West about a broken Rainbird sprinkler that was stuck in the ON position. It was mid July and a heat wave, so it took a couple of weeks for the initial service appointment. Ryan was punctual and polite. He was initially unable to locate the box and so we had to reschedule a time to come back out. Unfortunately the scheduling person went on vacation and didn't call me again. I did track them down and they came back out, found the box and fixed the sprinkler. There was a snafu when the sprinklers started and got stuck on. Initially I was really upset and called to complain. I spoke with Kurt who was understanding and very responsive. Ryan came out, fixed the problem and spent a great deal of time making sure everything was in order, free of charge. I know this sounds like it was a nightmare, and it was a bit...but in the end, I found them to be really responsive, very concerned about my satisfaction and great service. So, yes... I would definitely recommend them and use them again for services! That is a high recommendation, considering how it all started :)

Description of Work: I had an appointment for first thing in the morning on a Friday. My husband took the morning off to be here when the company arrived. They did not show and they did not call. After an hour of not showing I called and was told there had been an emergency and they couldn't make the call until later (45-60 min). I expressed my displeasure at the fact that a phone call would have been a good idea then my husband could have gone to work. An hour later the worker called and said he would be another hour. I told him not to come. I called the company and told the receptionist that the company need not bother to call and reschedule as I would not hire them to do any work.
