The quality of the work, which was done by David Beene, was first rate. Dealing with him and his boss, Dave Ferron, was a pleasure. They were meticulous in cleaning up after themselves, and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied.

The work went very well and we are quite pleased. The salesman and the workers were very responsive to our requests. The workers were here when they said they would be here. They were good about cleaning up at the end of the day and keeping a generally clean work-site. The quality of work done on the sprinkler installation and the patio/landscaping was very good. Response to requests and questions after project completion has been very good.

Jaydee was very knowledgable and offered us a much cheaper solution to our spray pattern problem. Without asking he also reset our timer which we were led to believe no longer worked.

Thrilled. The man that performed the work did it quickly and without any mess. The controller was a lot better than I expected for the money. I mentioned that I would be adding some zones in the future, so he placed a stub in the system to accommodate it, which cost next to nothing, but will save me a bunch down the line. The actual cost came in a bit higher than the estimate because of some unexpected structure, but the salesman split the cost of the overrun with me. It was completely reasonable. This was the only company that called me back, and I'm ecstatic that they did. Use them!

Dave came to our home and talked to us. He was professional and punctual. He advised us on several solutions to our problem, and then gave us an estimate. Since it was a small job and we lived close by, he told us they could work us into their schedule, thereby saving us money. We were very pleased with the outcome.

WAY overpriced, told us the work would require two men for two days. The workers ended up doing the work in half of a day, and we had to pay 4 times what the work was worth. One tree died almost immediately, they severed our irrigation system which we discovered 6 months later, and they failed to remove the bamboo roots as promised. A rip-off job. Don't make the mistake we did.

Some initial trouble getting the job on their schedule. However, once scheduled, the repairman arrived within 15 minutes of appointment time. He was polite, respectful, & very professional. He had a uniform shirt & company truck (not always found in this business). After a quick overview of the problem he set to work & within 20 minutes determined the source of the problem: a stretched & weak (but visibly sound) control wire. Rather than charging me time for digging & burying a replacement wire, he replaced the wire, leaving the new wire above ground & showed me how I could bury it myself. He tested & verified the system was working properly. He then spent an additional 40 minutes inspecting the rest of the system, making adjustments or replacing worn out or defective valves when needed. When finished, he showed me everything he had done & demonstrated how I should maintain it. He required no money during the repair & mailed an invoice a few days later.
