They were great. They gave me suggestions to try and repair the the problem before sending a tech. That didn't work, but the tech fixed it in under 2 hours and the rate was very reasonable .

I highly recommend this company. I had a spa heater that was not working. I called another company (neighbors son in law) and they wanted to replace the heater. I then called Haven, sent then pictures of the inside of the heater, and they immediately recognized the issue - a $35 part. Haven Spa is highly knowledgeable and highly professional.

Great service and very helpful. Repaired broken valve with stuff on the truck for the spa and gave recommendations as to where to order new valves for cheaper than ordering direct through them. Also gave great feedback on how to manage the spa.

Did a great job. They removed old liner and took away & got the new liner in & with a terrific machine, got all wrinkles and folds out. Before long, started filling up pool with water again. Very happy with their work.

They won't automatically bolt your stove to the house (earthquake connection) unless you live in a manufactured home, so be sure to ask for it. Other than that they were great.
