Description of Work: Was told heat exchanger had a leak....was told refrigerant was added....was lied to....finally had Gresham H @ C discover there was no leak, the A-Temp had REMOVED cooling. Cost me another $500.00 to prove this out. I will be reporting this to CCB and suing A-Temp. They are crooks as verified by others who have dealt with them. Description of Work: Had my condensation pump replaced....spendy...and still a bit concerned about where the condensation is dumping....on my high efficiency gas furnace. Learned alot from both Travis and especially Jason...and signed onto their contract agreement since furnace is over 10 yrs old...but wish it could be a bit cheaper and need to know better where the condense/water is going~proof of 5-10 gal a day...not seeing it. NOTE: Cost was for tune up and new pump...and contract for maintenance and repair discount.

Description of Work: I am converting my present heating system oil to either a heat pump w/back-up electric furnace or FAG. I contacted A-Temp. Barry came out. He gave me a bid including how much money I would save vs oil. He knew I burned 600 Gal a year. His calculations for comparison indicated I was burning 1200 gallons a year. Net the savings estimate was overstated. He indicated that a heat pump would not be adequate to do the job, I needed FAG. Their product is Coleman. In checking with two other dealers who sell Rheem both indicated that heat pumps would work fine and heat my house comfortably without resorting to the electric furnace except when it got below 32. I found out that A-Temp does sell other products ie: Rheem and wondered why this info was not told to me in the first place. Wondering about what I am hearing I called Barry. He indicated he could sell Rheem but Coleman was a "cheaper" product. Hum, Quality issues perhaps. Our talk ended when he called me crazy. Don't use them unless you like being insulted.

Description of Work: They did air duct cleaning, inspected and cleaned the heating and air conditioning system, installed Microguard Filter and UV Light to the HVAC system. In addition to the parts and labor, one year's worth of Microguard Filter replacements and an annual service membership was included with the price. The office staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. Todd is the person I spoke with initially, He is very courteous, up beat and positive and extremely helpful. After discussing everything, he immediately set up an appointment for someone to come out and give me an estimate and to show me the types of filters that could be installed to assist in "cleaner air" in our home. Darrin is the person who came out and provided the information and estimate for the work. He was also very respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be using A-Temp's services from this point forward.

Description of Work: A-Temp was my current Heating and cooling maintenance provider. I enjoy their serves and welcomed they re bid when I knew I needed to replace my system. Kevin Sims, my Sales Rep, was helpful and did a great job educating me on their products. After reviewing all my options, I decided to purchase my system from them. They arrived and completed the installation on time and did great work. When they left, the tech educated me on how to operate the system and cleaned all areas he worked in. Soon after, Kevin called me to make sure I was satisfied. Great Job A-Temp!
