Went excellent. Very fair and honest. Recommended I consider new unit due to age. Needed to do more comprehensive service so had to wait for warmer temp. Explained what problem might be and wanted to make sure they could still get the part. When warmer, completed the service, no part needed, no additional charge. So pleased I signed up for their annual program which guarantees me service when I need it.

They are very professional. Did a wonderful job and clean up afterwards. They put in our new air conditional years ago. We always use this company and highly recommend them.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a fine job. I bought a maintenance contract with them for $15 a month. They were here on time.

The only issue that we have at this point is that it's taking a very long time for them to obtain the necessary part for this most recent repair job. This, however, could be an issue beyond their control. We will continue to use them.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. My air conditioner had been working fine and I had no indication that anything was wrong with it. I had never had it checked and I did not know if I was properly taking care of it so I wanted to bring these people in. He looked at it and he was thorough enough in the way he looked at it. He looked at it inside and out. Frankly, I don't think he knew what to do because there was nothing he could find wrong with it. He said the screen could use some cleaning but he did not clean it and left it for me to clean. I felt he was finding things to do in order to use up enough time. That may be my fault because maybe he was expecting to come in here and find a huge, big machine; I don't know.

They took care of my concerns and are very professional and polite. They did a beautiful installation.

SILLY ME!!! I didnt' think through that a check up would require turning on the heater - in this heat wave! But Steve was efficient and friendly and thorough. The office staff was wonderful about alerting me to his arrival, which he did in the time frame promised. All good.

Excellent service! Purchased an Angie's and quot;Big Dealand quot; on both units and the appointment was set for one week out. The technician arrived on time, was very professional and completed the inspection in reasonable time

The initial installation we went okay, they had to come back out a few times to make some tweaks. After the install was completed, we noticed that the air flow to the backrooms weren't very good, so I had a different company come out to clean the air ducts in our crawlspace. The person doing the job said that there were holes in the duct work, one the size of a football. I told him that we had just had the and quot;entireand quot; A/C system replaced, he responded that if anyone had gone under the house to look at they ducts they would have seen these. So I called A-Temp and spoke the man who sold us the system, conveying what they duct cleaner discovered, he responded that the duct work is a and quot;separate systemand quot; and confirmed that he never went under the house to look at them. I've since spoken to a number of people that have had new AC systems put in and they've all said inspecting the duct work was part of the initial evaluation. I had to pay another company to replace all the ducts. Bottomline - There are probably much better options in town.

They were extremely prompt and thorough. They explained things before and after they did the work. They have the best reputation we can find.

Called A-Temp to come out and service the A/C. They were punctual and responsiveness. It was $99.00 just for the Diagnostic. The gentleman did the Diagnostic in less than 5 mins. Come to find out the blade and motor needs to be replaced for $1293.00 however, if you join the Comfprt Club it would only be $15.95 per mo. or $191.40 for the whole year. which covers Annual Safety and Effciency Inspection and reduced Diagnostic Fee to $49.00. A-Temp installed the A/C 6 yrs. ago. I would have thought that a motor and blade would last longer that 6 yrs. The Blade is out of balance. So in order to put it back into balance the motor needs replacing. I wished that when I called they would have inquired if I was a member of Angies List and I could have gotten this special reduecd price for a diagnostic test that they are offering to Angies List members. That would have saved some money. Lesson learned always check Angies List first!

A-Temp was easy to work with and fast. They gave honest answers and didn't try to pitch or upsell. They worked with my unique situation (landlord asking them to take care of tenant-occupied properties).

I ended up having a problem with the furnace and they were able to fix it. The service went fine!
