Everything went excellent. They were punctual and very helpful!

They are very good. We've been using them since 2004. Their people are always on time and do their job. Usually they have a special going so we call them to come out and do it.

Went really well. Most of the work done and covered under the warranty. Some water got into the module during some construction and it burnt out. Did a great job.

Excellent. We met with a rep one week and they installed the next week. Very professional installers and the furnace is so quiet compared to old one. We also belong to their Comfort Club and they just serviced the A/C.

The servicing was thorough and Spencer took the time to show us various parts that will probably need replacing in the future along with price ranges.We will most likely replace the entire furnace eventually and will definitely keep this company in mind when the time comes.

lThey came out and said the AC bearing on the fan motor was going out. I asked why they did not find that a month ago when they tuned up the system- They said they do not check those and if it was not loud then it was ok then. Asked what the cost for new fan and installation = Approx $750 unless I bought into their plan for $15 a month then it would only be approx $570. So I decided to wait because that sounded like a lot of money for a simple fan motor switch out. They still charged me $99 for coming out- even though I just paid $199 the month before. So I started calling around and was told that was a lot of money for the job- some said they would charge about $400 for that job. It did not look that difficault to fix so I want online and found the motor - new fan motor for $219 with free shipping. So I figure Atemp being a big customer would get these even cheaper that this probably about 10% less so under $200. They were going to charge me $550 to get the motor put a markup on it and for the labor- and this was maybe a 30 minute job for them- a very easy switch out. So I bought it online and will do the job myself- This is way out of line and I won't call them back

I can say the men that came to the house were all business. on time even clean up there work area. They didn't stand around doing nothing. A-Temp. can be very proud of these guys and they way they do their work in your home.

Joel provided us with all the options for a new furnace, air conditioning system for our home. Our present system was over 20 years old and starting to make noise, costing us more than it should. He showed us the options for new units, explained everything about heat pump vs gas which we were interested in, and helped us choose a new system to fit our needs. I am very confident that A-temp helped us find the units that will fit our needs.

Both of the technicians went over what they were going to do before they started the service. When they were done they went over what they found.... the A/C and the furnace just needed a few small parts and adjustments. The technicians were friendly, on time. I would call them again for service and for new appliances when needed.

They have always been very good. They are really honest and they explain everything really good. They are just really friendly guys. They've come back enough now that we're getting to know them better and stuff and they're really an excellent crew.

I have used them for several years and all their technicians have been excellent. I am a club member and pay a monthly fee that gives me the free annual service and discounts on any repairs needed.

They did that and they are very good to explain everything they do and what might be needed to be done in the future. They are very polite and prompt. I would use them again.

It went very well. They were so nice. The furnace went out over thanksgiving so they came out and did their best for me so I was very happy.

They were going to charge me $99 just to provide an estimate for adding components to a system they themselves had previously installed. 3 other local companies are providing an estimate for the same work at no charge and all have made a trip to our house to look in detail at the work required (again, no charge). For those considering a new system this and quot;detailand quot; may never come up but don't expect to get a price quote on any future updates to that system without paying $99 just to find out what they'll really charge for the work.

Installed a new A/C system for us. The actual pre-date planning with them and the day-of service went well, but follow-up on an issue we had took weeks!

All went as planned, no problems. Very pleased. Will continue to rely on A-Temp for maintenance and repairs in the future.

They did a great job. There are no complaints. They showed up on time, did the work, as far as I know, very efficiently. I would recommend them. We did two coupons priced $69 each; one for the A/c and one for the furnace. Everything is working now and it appears that they did a great job!

Gave us information about different levels of products. Joel Fish was professional in his presentation. I checked with an instructor who trained Joel; he indicated that if Joel was a student of his he knows what he is doing.
