Description of Work: I'm on a regular annual maintenance program where they do checking of the furnace and heat pump. I pay $15 a month and gives me discounts on the service and parts if needed as well as free annual service and free filters at the time of the service. I have been with I believe over 8 years and very happy with the company.

Description of Work: We had A-Temp install a new furnace several years ago, and have had them perform annual maintenance ever since. They are always professional, efficient, and friendly. This year, my husband mentioned that our ancient air conditioner hadn't worked properly for several years and we had assumed it needed to be replaced. The technician offered to take a look and discovered that it simply needed a new fuse! They definitely exceeded our expectations in every way by going the extra mile.

Description of Work: Yearly tuneup turned into ref tagging my furnace with carbon monoxide diagnosis so Iwould have to buy new one. Have pictures and documented proof. Other pro came in and both used flir scope and carbon tester to prove wrong | Filed complaint with agencys at state. They saw middle age woman and targeted me for a sale by fear. Put me in both harms way and financial harm.I had been using them for service 3-4 years. I found honest pro who flir'd and carbpn checked my house making sure Iwas safe.Nothing wrong with my furnace.

Description of Work: My old furnace wasn't working. A-temp sent a service tech out to fix it. Even though it was repairable I decided to replace it since it was so old. Atemp sales came out to measure, and then installed new furnace a few days later. All company representatives were very professional and prompt. I added an A/C unit as well which added some complexity. They helped me to decide where put the condenser, poured a concrete surrounds and cleaned everything up when done. They also repaired some broken ductwork under the house. I am very happy with their work and would give them an A++ rating.
