The service was great and they were very courteous!

I received a free tune up card from a friend. They were very prompt in coming out, squeezing me into my time frame. I was worried they would rush the service as it was getting late into the day, they did not. The tech took the time to explain and SHOW me the problems. He also gave some tricks and tips for maintenance. As a salesperson by trade, I am tuned into this lingo but did not hear anything to send up red flags that he was trying to sell me a new system. I would have had them to do the work necessary, if I didn't realize later that it is covered with my home warranty.

It turned out just fine and they did a great job! The people there are very friendly and the workers there are treated well and they really like it there. As soon as they enter into your house, they put covers on their shoes to keep your house cleaner. The office staff is also great and easy to work with. They are also very responsive and call to tell you exactly when they are coming!

They've been fine to work with. They've been punctual and they're easy to deal with as far as making appointments.

Were on time for work and replaced everything on schedule. The problems are with attention to detail and cleaning up after themselves. When the interior thermostat was replaced they did not clean up all of the debris they created on the floor and surrounding area. The garage area was not returned to its prior condition and displaced items were left scattered about. Lights that were used while working in the crawlspace were left on and again displaced items were left scattered about. The second day when they left they did not close the furnace door completely and it popped open during the night. This caused the system to shut off. So we woke up to a cold house as it shut itself off overnight. Both days when they left the garage doors were left open as opposed to closing up behind them. Finally they did not insulate a condensate line and the work did not pass the city inspection the first time. It is now 3 weeks after installation and I am still waiting on my warranty information. A diversion scoop promised at the time of sale was also not installed as promised. Also the follow up paperwork on system maintenance does not match the instructions that the installer gave us for filter exchange, etc so we have further clarification in that regard. In summary while the unit is installed and working fine currently, the inattention to detail at the time of installation does not give us confidence that we will not have ongoing problems in the coming year. Once the sale was complete the follow up has been poor. We just assumed that if we were paying over $10,000 for anything, that we would receive better service at least for the first month! I expect that I will be making additional calls to make sure everything was registered correctly so the warranty will be valid. We would NOT recommend them nor use them again.

I am very satisfied with their services. I am satisfied most with their response time in correcting problems. They decided that they had done something wrong when they installed it so they are going to replace it at no cost. The company has dependability and professionalism. The price for the maintenance agreement is pretty reasonable.

The work they did was very good and the young man who came out was very friendly and polite. I really appreciated that as soon as they arrived at my home, the first then they did upon entering was put booties over their shoes. The only thing I didn't like was the strong attempt to up-sell me.

We had gone through 3 summers without AC and it was time to install central air. Lucky for us all the ducts were in place. These guys were on top of it with the estimate and kept to what they quoted without trying to gouge us with hidden costs or unexpected expenses. Once scheduled, they showed up on time and had many guys on site checking and double checking the work. The installation was smooth and all were professional. It was a big job and by the time they left we had AC and all was working beautifully and still is.

The gentleman seemed a little too pushy to me. I told him we were going to get two other estimates, but he pushed to close the deal right then without us going elsewhere. He also told us that they would get permits, etc., but I know from my experience that what he made sound like extras are what is required from a licensed HVAC company anyway. He touted his product line as being superior, but again, I know it's no better than other brands with which I have had experience.

We have used A-Temp Heating and Cooling Inc for over three years. Every time they have been out, their men and women have been well trained professional and courteous individuals. They are very good at explaining the work they are doing and informing the customer of possible future and ongoing problems they have discovered. I know there are less expensive companies out there, but I would rather pay a little more for the peace of mind of knowing the job is being done right!

The technician arrived on time and soon found the problem. He did have to go pick up a replacement circuit board which he did and had the furnace working in short order. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I also scheduled a regular furnace inspection at that time since one had not been done for some time.

The simple story is that they came out and diagnosed my problem to be that the furnace that was installed did not move enough air to be paired with my heatpump. Since they were the original installers 4 years ago, they replaced the furnace for the normal service call fee of $99. Bottom line: They stand behind the work they do!!!

They were on time. They described their services to do that day. They went over future suggestions and possible upcoming furnace replacement after so many years in use. But they didn't push replacing it. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgable.

In the last 15 years we have used A-Temp twice. They have been fair, honest, efficient and reliable. The workmen showed up on time and did the work they said they would for the quoted price. They cleaned up after themselves. We have been very satisfied with A-Temp and would recommend them..

Our 19 year old furnace quit working and I called A-Temp for repair service. I called on a Friday evening after business hours, but they still returned my call and had someone out early the next day (a Saturday). The problem was a big one - but they got my furnace working so I'd have heat in January and scheduled someone from the Sales department to come out and see me on Monday. The Sales person was very informative, laid out all of my options and did not attempt to oversell me. Install was offered for the next day, but due to my work schedule I asked for an appt a couple of days later which they had no problem accomodating. Install was punctual, professional and efficient. I was overall very pleased with the experience.

I bought my home two years ago, and when I went to use my heat about a year and a half ago, I realized that the heat pump was dead. This had not been found in an inspection. I called A-Temp Heating and Cooling instead of looking at the furnace and finding out who had installed it, and I had other people who said that they had used A-Temp and they are great. They came out and said my Freon was gone and replenished it and left, and it didn't work. They came back and told me that they really shouldn't be doing anything here. I paid $1000 to do work on the system and it worked for about an hour after they left and then it failed. They came back and then told me that they shouldn't be touching the system because it was under warranty with another company, but they worked on it since they had already started. They credited me the $1000 that I had already paid, and supposedly got it running, but it didn't work when they left. I called them again and they said that it was not working because the compressor was dead and it needed a new compressor. They said that the manufacturer would provide the compressor because it was under warranty, and that they would credit the $1000 that I had already paid towards it. They got me the new compressor and installed it and it works beautifully now. They didn't charge me anything more and they also gave me a full year of their service protection plan. They came through in the end and it was their marketing director who helped me. They did a nice job and it has been working now for over a month. I can't say anything bad and I think their technician did an exceptional job and went above and beyond.

They did a wonderful job. They were efficient and were on time. They delivered what they promised. They were right on it. I would use this company again in the future.

Was pleased with the service overall. They are a bit aggressive in their phone follow-up campaign for additional cleanings and services, which I didn't appreciate, but their on-site visit was great. The tech seemed knowledgeable and professional.

Serviceperson (a lady) arrived on time and started to work immediately. Was perfesonal and polite. Informed of that she did and future maintainence items that could be done.

It went excellent. I love them. They were on-time. I've been using them for about 3 years. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

Representative came in .. did the check on heating and ac in our house. He went over everything in detail, giving no pressure to sign up.

They make appointments for you on Saturdays. The workers are liable and very friendly. They provide good service. I would use their service in the future if needed.

It was fine. He was good. They don't sell name brands but that was fine. The price was competitive. We would probably use them again.
