Description of Work: During a heavy rain storm, we noticed a leak in our roof over the garage. Called several companies the following morning. Of the four companies that we called, Apex was the one of the two that responded to our message and they were the first too arrive. The work was done fast, the owner and his crew were professional and the job was fixed right the first time for a very reasonable rate.

Description of Work: Apex Roofing replaced our gutters and downspouts. We viewed their work as excellent and then selected them to replace our roofing. Apex Roofing explained clearly what would be done, what materials would be used, what would be the delays before starting, and what would be the length of the job. They finished faster than scheduled. | The people we dealt with were readily available by cell phone. The appearance of the work was good, the cleanup was thorough, and we have not experienced any problems subsequently.

+ 0 moreI called APEX ROOFING to get a price on reroofing our house. Jeff came out walked the roof, and made a couple of suggestions. He had a price and schedule that I could live with. The roof and gutters look GREAT.... We have a couple of rentals and have had APEX ROOFING come out and put a new roof and gutter on one and new roof on the other.I would use APEX ROOFING again, and recommend them highly.
Description of Work: We had a new roof and gutters put on our house. It has both, flat and pitched roof. Wood stove and skylights.

+ -1 moreA very thorough inspection of my roof was done when Jeff came out to give me a bid – he even went into my attic which none of the other contractors did. He also took photos of the top of my roof, another thing the others did not do. Jeff was always available by phone for any questions I had, and he is a very honest man and extremely easy to work with. The price was very reasonable. Everything was explained so well, the type of ventilation systems, good quality shingles and why they use the brand they use. I was given information the other contractors failed to give me, such as who to call to verify the company’s licensing and history of work-related problems, if any, etc. The crew was wonderful – each man very polite and not a single tree or plant was harmed on my property, which is really amazing to me because I have quite a lot of landscaping going on at my place. Work was done just as promised. I was also amazed at how clean the property was at the end of each workday. The job was completed sooner than I had expected and the finished product looks so wonderful – like having a new home! I have not one single complaint about Apex Roofing – they are really exceptional.
Description of Work: Removed existing roof and disposed of debris; inspected subsheeting; installed Certainteed underlayment and metal drip edge flashings, colored to compliment roof, replaced pipe jack flashings, painted to compliment roof color; installed ventilated ridge cap in place of standard roof vents; installed Certainteed Landmark Architectural laminated composition shinges with color choice by owner; clean up and removal of equipment etc daily, installed bird block soffit ventilation to ensure warranty and proper ventilation; removed layer of bur roofing from cover back patio and installed tpo clad gravel stop around perimeter, prep roof and install varisico tpo, plus rain gutter; painted rafters as courtesy.
