We were very pleased with the work. He was very pleasant to deal with. After the work was completed, he let us know that our roof would last another 5-6 years and to give them a call when we needed the work. We felt that they were very honest and weren't trying to do a larger project when unnecessary.

Their price was good. They were prompt. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We were very pleased with them. They did everything they said they were going to do. They were very professional. We had them come out and we've used them several times on our roof and rental roof that we have and we've been very pleased with their work.

Had previously asked for an estimate because of problems with what I thought was a water leak in my roof. Brian came out and told me I didn't need a new roof yet, just some more roof vents. He put them in. No more problems. A lot less money. A few years later, when I did need a new roof he had a good job done to specs, on time for the agreed amount. No fuss no muss and done right. I give them an A. Sorry no details.

Had three bids from $12,500 to $23,000. This roofer does most homes in the golf course community of Charbonneau in Wilsonville, Oregon and we have never heard a compliant from any neighbors. My wife and I are both Realtors and have referred Roof Masters for years. They are professional, timely and do what they say they will do.

Our experience with Roof Masters, Brian and his crew of guys was great. Never have we had such a good customer service experience with a contractor. The work began early in the season due to weather considerations. The old roof was removed with debris removed from the site. This was not easy due to the nature of our house - two story in the front and 4 stories in the back. The debris drop box could not be placed in our driveway due to our landscaping and the guys had to clean up the hard way. I had a difficult time deciding which roofing product to use, but Brian was great and went the extra mile to help me by giving me addresses of homes with specific product for me to drive by and see. This was very helpful and made the choice much easier. I found a house on my own that had what I wanted and he sent someone out to the house to determine what product was used. The process was painless and the guys did a great job cleaning up all the mess. Brian was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process and after completion. They even replaced the exhaust vent and painted it! We are very happy with our new roof. We also put up new gutters and J & M Gutters did an outstanding job as well.

They were real fast and fine with their work. I was real happy with them. I really don’t remember how much they charged me for their services but it was a fair price. I was happy to pay the price if they fixed the problem. It wasn’t as cheap as I wanted it. They just did a good job. They got right out here as soon as they could and fixed it right away. That’s all I could ask for. I don’t know the staff and so I really can’t say much about them. They were up on the roof and did the work. They were friendly and there were no problems.

Without doubt a pleasant and informative experience from start to finish.

After he was finished he took everything that he had to tear off and even picked up little pieces in my lawn. We had our first rain last week and I will have to give him a thumbs up I am well pleased with their work

Went great. I had concerns re protection of our pool and plants. There was no extra cost for this and no problem with debris falling into pool. The yard was left neat.

They did a very good job and I would recommend them to anyone. They did what they said they would do and in the allotted time they gave us. We were really happy. The workers were very polite and cleaned up after themselves.

The roof had a lot of moss, with excellent results. All looks great. Cleaned up the resulting mess very well. This was in conjunction with a Living Social coupon. Responsiveness was slow due to high demand from the coupon offering. Overall a very good experience.

Very quick and professional from bid to completion. I would only recommend that they do a better job of cleaning up.

They were very responsive to our bid request. Competitive price. Patience and good service as we went through the decision-making process, selecting color and grade of shingles, etc. I was a bit disappointed they didn't lay down tarps, but this was an assumption on my part, not part of the contract. But they did a good job of cleaning up. We have an older house and they worked hard to replace dry rot in observable areas with portions of old boards taken from other parts of the roof which are not visible, and replacing those with new wood. This was to preserve the look of our house without milling new boards. After the crew was done with the roof, there were a number of details that did not meet our expectations. They fixed all of these, and threw in some nice touches that were not part of the original bid to boot! We were very impressed with the efforts made by the company to meet our expectations.

Excellent work performed in a timely manner--in spite of adverse weather conditions. We used Roof Masters because of our prior experience with Brian. He had done same-day repair service on our wood shingle roof and checked back with us over a 2 -week period to make sure the 'fix' had indeed resolved the leak. We had also used RM at our previous home to repair a leaking tile roof. We feel confident that Roof Masters can be trusted to provide a quality product for a highly competitive cost. They are easy to work with and definitely can be trusted with one's most valuable asset--your home.

They were the first company that I checked, and I was satisfied with their estimate and presentation, so I decided to go with them and did not explore the other companies that were close by. They came out when they said they were going to come and completed the job within two days. They matched the shingles very nicely and did a very nice job overall. The price was reasonable. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They did a fine job. Cost was higher than expected due to a larger number of shakes being replaced than initially expected.

Quality of finished product appears to be good and was the lowest bid received. Only concern was that crew had little respect for landscaping or items they were tossing from the roof. If we were to use them again, we would monitor more closely. Upon completion of job, had a variety of marks on garage doors which were taken care of the same day after calling office. Only other local roofing company we have used was Cowell Roofing (10 years ago), who were more expensive for this job, but were extremely careful and tidy when we used them. Never found a single item in the landscaping!

Roof looks great and everything was back in order.

They repaired damage done by the Dec. 2008 snow. We had a variety of problems, causing leaks on two different buildings. Roof Masters took care of everything quickly and professionally, all at a very competitive price. A first class company.

On whole, the workmanship was good (still waiting for the real test when we get some serious rain). A few hiccups along the way. It took several calls to get a complete quote (just hand written notes on an estimate sheet). Had to go back and forth a few times to confirm details (like heavier felt, etc.). When they came to remove the cedar and add plywood, they were short a few sheets and had to cover with plastic until they could finish the job the next day. Then the distributor didn't have the shingles in stock. I was surprised that Roof Masters didn't check in advance to see if they were in stock before tearing off the old roof. Had to get them from California. Not a big delay (a day or so), but still would have thought they'd check before ripping off the old roof. Fortunately the installation was in the summer, so rain wasn't much of a worry. I would have been more concerned if this was done during the rainy season. Cleanup was reasonable. A few pieces of plywood were left on the lawn too long and killed a couple of sections of grass. Found a couple of nails on the driveway, but that was about it. No damage to shrubs, etc. Roof looks nice.
