On a recent visit, Medford Auto Care Center's Mark Fulton and his son, Kyle, not only brought an existing problem to my attention but also attempted to locate a replacement part. When none could be found for my 23-year-old vehicle, an alternate resolution was suggested. Having sought help from this repair shop for more than two years, and for numerous problems as are the given with an "elderly" vehicle, I have never been disappointed with the final outcome.
