 + 0 moreAlex arrived on time for his estimate. He was courteous, clean-cut and I immediately felt at ease with him. Alex asked and answered questions for the project, the time frame, and my expectations. He later called me with the estimate and we set an appointment for the work. On the first day of work, Alex again arrived on time with all tools to complete the job. I believe he worked two days on this project. When he was done, he cleaned up the work area. Alex finished on time and on budget.
Description of Work: Alex created a partion wall in our shop including framing in a door between the two halves. To complicate matters, the wall has a two 90 degree turns that let it step out around an existing support pillar. The wall is straight, plump and well anchored. Alex showed up on time every day, held to his estimate and provided excellent craftsmanship. I have another project planned her and I intend to utilize Alex's service for that one as well.

 + 4 moreAlex responded quickly with an estimate of most of the work. I added the blind and one faucet later. I asked him to supply two or three references and he e-mailed me four. All of the references gave him glowing reports. When he started he immediately showed he knew what he was doing. Everything was done well and came in at the exact price quoted. He cleaned up after the job was done and was very professional throughout the process. I would definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Removed and installed linoleum in two bathrooms. Removed and installed two toilet seats, one sink and two faucets. Removed and installed one eight foot long blind.
