"Jeremy and his crew were excellent. I had the fence on both sides of the yard done, sharing the cost with the neighbors on both sides. I had said that they should have the "pretty" side of the fence, but Jeremy surprised me by asking both of them and building both sides of mine with the nicest side in my yard. The workmanship is beautiful. He also called the landlord on the other side of the back fence to see if they could fix that fence. The work was on time and very well done. I then asked him to re-do my back porch, which is a nice design and very well done."

"Structured Holdings LLC was great! Wait, great is an understatement - Aaron’s work is impeccable. 1st I contacted him to provide a deck repair bid for a home purchase that fell through. But I was very adamant to work with him due to his wonderful kindness & patients with me as a new homeowner. So 3 wks. Later I purchased our home & immediately hired Aaron to install proper railings with returns. What blew me away way his ability to creat out customized banister to accommodate safety & partial removal features as needed. Let’s just say, he did that! I was truly amazed how he redesigned our 100 year old homes railway- which now is appealing. He also designed a remarkable barn-door for our bathroom replacing an old accordion door. When the barn-door is open it covers the linen closet. What’s cool about his design of choice is that it’s very discrete, perfect for a small hallway- he even accommodated my kids & disabled aunt by installing a beautiful large modern handle. I am truly grateful he was ability to see my vision and make it come to life! Lastly, Aaron installed a privacy basement door that was much needed. "After 3 of their tries, a tall gate they installed still pinches at the bottom & definitely will not auto close, as I required in the beginning. Despite my eventual supplying excellent hinges (& they never credited $$ back to me, for hinges they took back-- & am terribly confused about how they installed what I purchased, without even thinking how to secure, & without regard my expense, the furthest out screw is between boards & while I offered the bolts, pure wisdom says, at least, use some washers!! And the gate should've been trimmed at the top on one side -- so many others have commented "shabby work". & all say the gate should be redone & done right. They never did backfill the fence posts...I agree with another review...they say they know how to do the privacy fence right, then they fail to do so, or answer emails. They begin tasks well, then slow down to wks & now months passing. While I corrected a prior low rating, when they sent someone to correct...I now have to revert back!!!"

"We recently expanded a deck, added a patio cover, and are putting a hot tub underneath this second floor deck. There was a concrete patio below the existing deck and we wanted to match that, w/ reinforcement for a hot tub. We got a couple bids for the job. Danny was the estimator that came out for Forest and he seemed knowledgeable and was punctual and professional. It was not the cheapest bid, but the company is much more well established than a couple others we consulted so I put more trust in their work. Rigo is the guy we needed to work with on scheduling etc. for concrete work. This was a little rocky at first, but that had a lot to do with us needing to postpone the start till our deck was done, but then also work around a vacation we'd be taking, and make sure the concrete had enough time to cure before our hot tub is dropped. Despite a slight language barrier, we worked it out and even managed to get it done ahead of when we originally scheduled it. Punctuality is impressive with these guys. For 3 days they were waiting outside our house to start at 7:30am precisely. They had to remove a portion of fence and work around some foliage for access. They ended up encountering an unexpected drainage tube of some kind while digging and made sure to create an access point for us if it's ever needed in the future. The concrete looks great and matches our old patio so well, it's hard to tell they weren't poured together. Danny and I (and later Rigo) discussed treating the old concrete to help the matching. At the end of the work they did a great job of cleaning up the area and returning everything to normal. Rigo also helped us by showing us how to remove the fence portion for when our hot tub is delivered and left the top cap off because he said we'd really struggle to get it off if they put it back. I'm happy with the work, communication, and cleanup and trust if there are any problems I will be able to get them resolved. If we have further landscape needs in the future I will def be calling Forest for a bid."

"C & C Roofing guaranteed us no leaks and even promised to come back out if the leak continued anytime within the next few months after their repairs. We are pretty much through the rough weather season and that was not necessary as everything seems to have been taken care of properly on the first visit."
