Their price was competitive (not the cheapest but not the most expensive), their professional approach was wonderful, they were on time, courteous and thorough. Nathan came out to give me the estimate, and a couple days later Travis called to set up a date to get things going....They were here on time, and very professional. They completed the job in 2 days and cleaned up everything. I was not happy with my color selection for the laundry room so I called Travis back and explained the situation. He arranged a date to re paint the room and it looks great. Robert, the crew leader was terrific, and very personable . Mike and Troy, who were also painting were just as professional and so very polite. The other great thing about this company is the time and service they donate to give back to many non-profit organizations in our community... .They are coming back at another time to stain my front porch, and I'm sure the experience will be just as professional..
Description of Work: They painted two accent walls in my living room, dining room and kitchen, painted my laundry room twice ( since I changed my mind after my first color selection).. They also did some outside painting that the builder did not complete when I moved in.

+ -1 moreWe were very impressed with Webfoot's professionalism and ability to get us an estimate in a timely fashion, as well as to come out and give us a revised estimate after we changed our minds on the rooms. We decided to go with them based on other great reviews. The crew that painted was very nice and did a great job. Rob and Erik were very friendly and professional. Rob pointed out some issues he saw in our house framework which we will bring up to our builder! That was interesting. We would definitely recommend them. Only minor things - we found some paint on a door in one of the room -- a smudge from one of the room colors. We haven't mentioned it yet, but I'm sure they'd come and get it out, or tell us what would remove it. It seems silly to have them come out to cover a turquoise smudge. But, we will have them come out to give us an estimate on our porch refinishing and staining our fence for the summer. Also, probably will have them come out to redo our living room - not because they didn't do a good job, just because we don't like the color we picked (no fault of theirs --- we're incredibly indecisive). We referred Webfoot to my employer looking to do a paint job in our office, and to my mom too.

+ -1 moreThe most personable group of men. They worked quickly. The job lasted five days, including a Sunday that was the final "clean up" day. I selected Webfoot painting based on their reputation and on customer ratings. I was impressed with everyone I met at their office, including the company owner, cost estimator, and receptionist. The one customer assessment that resonated with me was, and here I paraphrase, " They came in did the job and when they left it was as if they had never been there", so thorough was their cleanup. That is where they fell short on my job: green powder was on the floor, paint drops were found on a cabinet, the stove was green powder coated, and one of the electrical outlets had been incompletely done. When I began to screw on the outlet cover, some of the original color was showing. That said, they returned to clean up again. But still that did not meet the standard I expected. Indeed, I complained in a email to the company. The owner came out and this week (the week of August 5), someone will return to my home to clean up what remains of the original job. My satisfaction has been their goal throughout. Glitches happen to the best of us. The work was costly. But then, it is rare that more than two colors are chosen, let alone seven Everyone at Webfoot is exceptional. The company strives for excellence. I will go to them in the future.

+ -1 moreWebfoot Painting's "DECK CREW" did a fabulous job getting our 6-year old wood deck back in shape. Never having had a wood deck before, we looked to them for information and solutions for our well-used deck. Their estimator took the time to educate us, and fully explained the "what" and the "why" of every step in the deck restoration process. The Deck Crews, led by Greg, did a fabulous job: deck power washing, repairs, sanding and staining with a "custom" color that Greg recommended to match the non-affected areas. The deck came out beautiful! The stain color is perfect, they crews were tidy, diligent and professional. We had Greg come back to check a couple of shiny spots (wood doesn't accept stain evenly 100% of the time) -- and he and his crew fixed the areas in short order. They were on-time, cleaned up after themselves, communicated very well, and were wonderful to have on our property. We would HIGHLY recommend Webfoot Painting! They may not be the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for. All in all, they were a real value!

+ -1 moreThey were punctual from the very beginning of the review of our home to completing the painting contract. All members of the painting team made you feel like they only worked for us. They were extremely personable and professional. At the end of each day they never left a mess and kept things tidy through the entire paining project. Today, April 29, 2013 we had another painter over that was hired by our contractor to do some kitchen painting and when he arrived he even indicated how great the exterior painting looked, even though it was painted last June 2012. So that's a great sign when a competitor painter acknowledges it.

+ -1 moreInitially there were a few problems communicating with Webfoot. First, there was a misunderstanding regarding the date for our initial appointment. The second was their failure to provide the color choices for the stain in advance. The crew chief addressed the question only after the prep work had been done. So I felt pressure to respond quickly and with less information than I would have liked. The prep work done by the crew was the outstanding feature of the project. They were prompt, tidy and spent a full day sanding the deck. I was very pleased! The remainder of the work was more than adequate. However, their prices are higher than average.

On the scheduled day one of his crew members arrived and painted two accent walls that needed a dramatic color change (over navy blue). Once done, they cleaned up after themselves so well, I didn't need clean up anything after they left. This is just the way I like to have things done! Thank you.

+ 0 moreWebfoot was so highly rated I didn't even get a competetive bid. I needed to coordinate an entire interior paint job from California during a very hectic time of moving. My first contact with Diane the office manager was very professional, helpful and responsive. Then Gavin (one of the owners) did a walk-through of the house and I had my quote the same day. He held my requested date on my word that I would send a check from California which I did. He saved me some money by NOT taking my credit card because he would have had to charge me 3% additional. Gary's crew (Eric, Mike, Malcom and there were a couple of others that came intermittently) did an excellent job, there were a very few minor items that when called to Gary's attention were corrected no problem. We did a quick review each morning and evening in terms of status which was helpful. Gary and Eric provided helpful recommendations like they could also clean off the roof and gutters so we tacked that onto the job, that we should get the copper behind the refridgerator changed out to a flexible tubing so moving it in and out to clean or paint, etc., won't break it over time, etc. Mike, who loves to fish even provided my husband hand-written information as to what kind of fishing gear to get to get him started since it's been years that he's had a chance to fish and never in Oregon. My husband was impressed that he took the time to do that for him. Travis (the other owner) came out several times during the process to check on progress and provide updates to me as well. They were a very fun group to work with and since we were trying to live in the house though not unpacked, it could have been very chaotic and challenging. It was a great experience and I won't hesitate to call upon them to do our exterior next spring.

The first day they arrived they explained what they were going to do, which was to Power Wash all the exterior surfaces of our home. They returned the second day and completed painting of half of our home and on the third day, finished the other half. Their entire crew were very happy, smiling people who all seemed genuinely interested in making our home look great! A special thanks goes to Doyle and Pablo...for keeping us informed every step of the way. Yes, their bid was higher, but as the old saying goes, "You get what you pay for!" Plus, with their 2 year written guarantee, we feel very comfortable that if we notice anything during this time it will be taken care of. So lots of piece of mind in dealing with Webfoot Painting...even though we are not Oregon Duck fans...we are Notre Dame fans! But with that said, hey they are almost PERFECT!

+ 0 moreWebfoot painting painted the interior of our 5000 sq foot home. We had everything but the bedrooms painted. They did an amazing job. They were able to match our paint color even without any samples. The work was completed on time. We found a couple very small issues and they returned immediately to fix them. The only problem we experienced was on the clean up. We were really disappointed with how things were left. We called and they sent someone out that very day to clean up everything. This was minor compared to the excellent job they did painting everything. We have lots of molding and wood trim and they were so careful to tape everything really well. It was an EXCELLENT job! We now have a bathroom we would like painted and I am waiting for Webfoot to be free to do the job. I am so pleased with the work and will use them exclusively for painting my house inside and out. We plan an exterior painting next summer and I will certainly use them for that job. They are not the cheapest but they certainly are the best. You get what you pay for and in this case, the cost of the job gave us the best job possible.

+ 1 moreSee my detailed description above. They were extremely excellent and very cost effective for the time and quality of materials they used. The work they did included two years and three jobs in 2010 and 2011.
Description of Work: In 2010, Webfoot Painting painted and stained (where wood surfaces required it) exterior walls on our house. Their estimate was very detailed and although the total was higher than another estimate, the preparation time and number of coats was more than others were. I also was impressed initially by meeting the owner and getting a very detailed written estimate. I was kept informed at every stage of the process. They arrived when they said they would and always checked in with me if a decision was needed. They asked me how satisfied I was before they completed the job. The two tall wood columns in front of our house required a third coat of stain to get the deep look I wanted. They did this, and I was not charged for the additional stain even though the estimate called for two coats. They did the same on our wood garage doors. The prep work was very thorough and involved a lot of hand scraping and sanding. The paint was of the best quality. After the job was completed to our satisfaction, the invoice - minus a 10 % deposit - was submitted to us. I had no hesitation i calling them again the next year (2011) to do some interior work. It involved ceiling work in a room with very tall (over 30 ft) ceilings. They tarped and taped everything meticulously and provided good advice before we decided on a paint color. They put swatches in different corners of the area to show how the light would affect the color in different places. They helped us see the whole area (kitchen, dining room and living room) in a different perspective. That time, we just gave them a key and went out of town while they were doing the work. I had complete faith in their diligence and honesty. They also hand painted a room with dormers. They helped me choose three different colors to accent the lines of the ceilings and walls. It turned out great and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work done. Then, they restored our deck which had been inexpertly stained several times by a non professional. It was splotchy and even strange looking. They took it down to a uniform color by sanding it. Then they tightened up all the screws, did some hand sanding and restrained it. It looks like new wood. Throughout these jobs, the owner was promptly available to answer any questions I had or to alter something which I found was an additional add on that I hadn't figured in initially. They are extremely seriously good painters.
