We were impressed from the beginning with the professionalism and openness of our estimator. The work was reasonably priced, well-prepped, nicely cleaned up, and completed on schedule. We have employed several painting contractors over the years; Webfoot was by far the best.

They were there for a week. They did a wonderful job. About the pricing, they're not the highest but they're not the lowest, they're in the middle. They did everything on schedule. I thought they were exceptional and I would hire them again in a minute.

From my initial phone call to the completion of the job, Webfoot was incredibly professional. They communicated with each other, they communicated with me, and everyone I talked with was courteous.

The initial intake went well~very professional and thorough as to how the job would be handled. The price was high and they honored the coupon on your site. I hired them because they volunteered at my friend's Chimp Sanctuary, building a beautiful house for the Alpha chimp, Topo. The first painters did a substandard job. Travis reviewed and agreed to re-do the job. It was done well the second time according to the contract.

Initially, I was very concerned. The estimate seemed very high to me, however John was able to work within my very narrow timeline and no one else was. Because I have young children and needed the work done while we were out of town for four days, I decided that I needed to value my children's safety most and pay the extra money. In the end, my experience was so, so, SO positive. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Except for the confusion with the estimate, the owner was on time, pleasant, efficient, and provided a bid quickly. The pair of painters he sent were so cheerful and generous with my children as I finished packing. When we returned to the house a few days later, all of the rooms but one looked entirely new. The grates and light fixtures were cleaned and/or polished, the painting was precisely done. One room was unfinished due to painter error, but John's son came back within a couple of days, and spent two hours finishing and making that rooms match all of the others. Truly, I enjoyed working with this company. Even though there were a couple of mistakes, I was impressed with how they were handled - which, in my opinion, is the most important thing after the excellent work that was done.

They scraped, cleaned and prepped the wood. Also did 2 coats as needed. It looks so much better. They came on scheduled times. Explained everything. And when a rain storm washed the paint onto a wall. They notified me immediately and repainted the wall for free. That wall was not part of the project.

Provider's ad states they serve all of Central Oregon. The section of the map on Angies List shows Prineville. I inquired via email and they promptly attempted to call and left a polite voicemail stating I am too far out of their service area. I am in Prineville and 36 miles from their listed location. Please adjust your ad to show that you are only willing and able to travel 25 miles.

Excellent quality work, with great attention to detail at the junction of walls and baseboards/trim. Very friendly and professional crew who worked to complete the job in 5 days for a 3100 sf house, with minimal disruption to our schedule (even though we work from home and were in the house most of the time). Theirs was not the lowest quote, but the quality shows and I would not hesitate to use Webfoot again. Exceeded our expectations! Five stars!

The crew were very punctual, professional and detail oriented. They worked very cleanly and I did not have to ask for a single touchup. They cleaned up thoroughly when finished. I could not recommend them more highly and will definitely use them in the future.

The painting job performed by Webfoot Painting went great except for some interruption due to rain. The crew leader kept me informed daily about the plan and progress. The crew were friendly and hardworking. They use high quality Sherman-Williams paint and the house looks beautiful. My friends and neighbors were very impressed with the finished product.

They were very well organized and finished on time. The quality was excellent. They were able to work around difficult areas. There was no damage to my shrubs or lawn. No drips on the roof. They matched my paint samples exactly. Used good quality paint. Good warranty. Their price might have been a bit higher than another bid but the quality will outlast the other bidder and we will save money in the long term.

This is one of the most professional contractors I have used. The crew leader paid me a visit before the job and we walked through all the details. When work commenced, all surfaces were painstakingly masked. When done, the crew was very meticulous about detailing the trim and there was absolutely no paint where there shouldn't have been. Where there were walls of different colors, the lines were laser straight. They left my place cleaner than they found it. The price was higher than other painters but it's relative. I got a superior product and so it was worth it. The crew was energetic, smart and upbeat. They seemed to really enjoy their job.

We were very pleased from the beginning to the end. We have had work done to several different homes in Oregon, Washington and Utah. By far, Webfoot Painting Co. was the most professional company we have worked with. They were very conscientious, punctual, and thorough. We had made appointments with several companies and they were one of two who showed up. They were several hundred dollars cheaper, and we were made to feel that they appreciated us and our business. There friendly, but very professional manner was exceptional. The work done was great and we are so very pleased with the end result. We are planning to make arrangements to also have them do our deck in the spring. We know, it too, will be professionally done. Webfoot Painting Co. is our number one choice!

Though theirs was not the lowest bid, it was the most complete and detailed and provided the highest level of service. Nathan spent a lot of time with us asking the right questions and reviewing our house. The bid detailed all the work they planned to do and each step. We selected the week of August 11. Before they started I told them after scheduling this week we learned out of town guests were coming to stay with us the following weekend and wondered if their work would interfere with the visit of our guests. They assured me it would not. But mother nature had other plans. . .it rained hard several days that week which prevented them from finishing all the work. So on Friday they removed all of their equipment, put everything back on the patio as it had been before they started. Then they returned on Monday and restarted the job. That is top service! Gary, the supervisor, talked to us daily through the process insuring we were satisfied with the ongoing work. When they finished the job the only evidence of them being there was a beautifully painted home with high quality paint. We plan to have our interior painted next and will use only them.

1. They respond promptly. Whenever I call, I get office staff to respond to my requests and questions. 2. They give me an exact time as to when they will arrive, and they arrive promptly. 3. They took time to go over the project with me, explaining what was needed and asking me what I wanted. For the most recent deck staining, the Supervisor came back several times with different stains for my selection. As the deck had weathered, additional care was required to get an even finish. 4. The work crews have an experienced supervisor. They arrive on time, work hard and finish as scheduled. The detailed prep work is what distinguishes them from other contractors who skimp on this critical piece of the process. 5. I'm asked to fill out an evaluation if I want on the performance of the employees and my satisfaction with the work performed. I always give them the highest ratings. 6. I'll get reminder emails when it is to time do deck maintenance. If I'm undecided, someone will come out and look at the deck. Usually I know when it needs work, but sometimes they'll tell me if it can wait another year. They've painted and stained both interiors and exteriors for over 5 years. We wouldn't use any other painter

Have not had painting done yet, but we are donfident that all will be done as contracted. Gutter cleaning to be completed tomorrow.

It went great. When I first contacted them for a bid my call was returned within minutes. We received the written bid just a day or two after the estimator was here. The work date was selected and there were a couple of follow up emails and calls prior to the start date. The crew arrived early on the start date and quickly got to work taping everything off. Unfortunately the paint supplier didn't have all of our paint so that slowed the job down, but not Webfoots fault and they worked with what they had on day one, and then got a late start on day two. They were frustrated but we weren't under a time crunch so we just let them handle it. Again, not their fault. The bid was for two coats on the ceiling but it ended up needing three, so the job took a little longer and cost more than the original bid. The job itself was excellent. The crew taped everything so no messat all, they worked fast and were thorough. They moved all the furniture back, including the plants and cat stuff and really, really wanted to vacuum but we sent them off. Really nice guys, fun to have around, plus they gave us tips on using tape to make a pattern with different colors - good to know. Overall, we were very satisfied with the job and would hire them again.

We were very happy with the work completed by Webfoot. Our project was very large and complex with a number of different materials to be reconditioned and painted. Our exterior stucco walls required extensive surface preparation and a considerable amount of crack sealing. We were provided a detailed cost proposal, clear explanation of the materials and methods to be employed, and information on Webfoot's license, bonding and insurance. Prior to the start of the work, the Team Leader met with us to review the project and discuss how the work would be accomplished and agree the schedule. The four man painting team arrived early each morning and everyone was professional and courteous. They carefully looked after our property, never made any mess and cleaned up after themselves each evening. It was clear from their behavior that they were all professional painters, who took pride in their work, and in the company they represented. Half-way through staining the timber pergolas, we decided the color we had originally chosen wasn't right. No problem, the guys helped us select a new color and stained what they had already completed. The additional costs for the rework were equitable and fair. The Team Leader worked hard to resolve a number of unanticipated problems as they occurred and the team often stayed late to make sure they achieved the agreed schedule. We identified a few minor issues after completion of the work and the Team Leader returned to resolve them himself. Could we have found a less expensive painter? Yes, I'm sure we could; however, we were looking for a high quality solution and considered the project an investment in the long term future of our home. Webfoot provided a positive experience with the outcomes we desired.

The service went very well. Four painters came out and completed the job in 3-4 days. They were very professional and personable. They were prompt and kept us posted on weather or not they could make it out during a snow storm we were having. After they started the project, thy called us about every other day to follow up. They were very reliable and did a fine job with the cleanup. I had no problem scheduling the service. Their pricing was well worth the quality of service. It was a large project and they did a beautiful job.
