Description of Work: I had a pipe break and water everywhere. Dave came out and fixed the problem. He gave me an estimate before beginning the job and was within $15.00. He called when finished and gave a detailed explanation of what was done.

Description of Work: REMOVE AND REPLACE A DISHWASHER AND KITCHEN SINK. USED EXISTING GARBAGE DISPOSAL, WHICH HAD TO BE MOVED TO NEW SINK. LATER NEXT WEEK, REMOVE AND REPLACE COOKTOP AND OVER THE RANGE MICROWAVE. BOTH JOBS HAD TO HAVE TILE CUT AND OPENINGS ENLARGED TO ACCOMPLISH IT. DID A GREAT JOB!!

+ 1 moreI had called another plumbing service first - only got a salesman tech who wanted a LOT of money. Called Dave with Renew and he came out that afternoon. Took the time to respectfully listen to me and spend time diagnosing all the plumbing issues I had in a 50 year old home. Cleaned out the main sewer immediately, discussed the other repairs and set a time to come back the next day - never asked for payment or "service call" fee for that day - trusting fellow :)... Showed up the next day on time, prepared and NO SELLING! Up front with pricing, not cheap but I got quality work and fixtures that were very reasonable! Courteous and personable, clean and quick. Dave has obvious pride in his work and business and it shows! He is a true professional ( and a qualified/trained Plumber ) and it a delight working with him.
Description of Work: Replaced two toilets, garbage disposal, shower innards snaked main sewer drain.

Description of Work: Dave arrived as scheduled. Placed drop clothes in all access and work areas. Removed one toilet and bidet, installed one new bidet, hauled away both removed units. repaired one toilet and inspected three other units which were obsolete. Contacted Kohler and made arrangements for new units which will be installed upon arrival.

( of course that's probably not in MY future!! I'm well into my GOLDEN YEARS, He did not take advantage of that either!!!)
Description of Work: I purchased two toilets at home Depoe, and hired dave Schmidt to install them. He returned my inquiry in a timely and very professional time frame. He was promt for our appointed time, installed the Toilets ( I add we'er talking about an old 47 yr old dble wide), uneven floors etc.. My Septic System is on it's last legs etc.. Exceptionally NICE Gentaleman, Professional, cleaned up after installation..I will always contact him with any type of Pluming needs in the future with out hesitation. Honest, thorough..A Great Guy Great GUY and Dependable..
