IT WENT VERY WELL ONCE WE CONNECTED. SHE CAME AT THE TIME WE AGREED TO, CLEANED THE WHOLE HOUSE SPOTLESS AND I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL HER AGAIN.

Great job by Jessica. House has never been cleaner. She got everything. We look forward to using her for a regular cleaning.

I was looking for some time before I found Jessica, in fact I joined Angie's List specifically to help me find someone for housecleaning. I wanted someone who was thorough, trustworthy and professional. Jessica is exactly that! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to keep their house sparkling.

Jessica was great, very easy to work with, very prompt on coming out for the estimates. She has been out twice, the 1st time was the spring cleaning, the 2nd time for regular weekly cleanings. She doesn't miss a thing. Upon meeting her the 1st time I felt 100% comfortable giving her a house key so that she could clean while I was at work. It has been great walking into a spotless home after a long day at the office. I love her and have already recommended her to several people.

My parents were coming into town on 6/29 and I was planning to clean my home myself, but with my work schedule I ran out of time. In desperation I contacted several cleaning services on 6/28 without success until I called Jessica Hart with Maid to Sparkle. She was able to work me in the next day (6/29) before my folks arrived and listened to every detail I requested of her. She showed up punctually at 8am and cleaned my home from top to bottom. I have mostly hardwood floors and they looked amazing when she was finished. She did an exceptional job with dusting my plantation blinds, cleaning the ceiling fans, and even cleaned my stove and washed some dishes I forgot in my sink. She cleaned in a timely fashion and my house was immaculate! I would highly recommend her and plan to use her again!

I would hesitate to recommend her until I see her work. She responded quickly. She was very professional. I will be using her in the near future.

Jessica arrived for our initial meeting and presented very professionally. The communication about the services was clear, and we scheduled an appointment for the first cleaning. She arrived as expected. She provided the housecleaning services as expected and did a great job. I will use Maid To Sparkle services again in the future!

Prior to speaking with Jessica I had hired another company to clean my house. While they did a decent job and were in and out in about an hour ( they had a crew of six ) they were slightly over priced and didnt do a great job with the details. It was like fast food for cleaning. Because of this I decided to look on Angies List to find reviews. Well, this company had issues with theft so needless to say I mooved on. The reason I bring this up is because Jessica put my mind at ease and proved to be a very trustworthy person. Not only does she have good pricing but she pays attention to the details. But of all the positive things I can say, the most important to me is that I know that if I leave my house while Jessica is there, it is in good and trustworthy hands.

Jessica showed up promptly at the requested time. She was dressed very professional and had a very professional demeanor as well. Very easy to communicate with. With so many housekeepers having so many ruls, like, "must have house picked up before we arrive, "beds should be made before we arrive". I would never hire a company that told me to clean before they cleaned. Jessica is not like that st all. She changed our sheets and straitened up ( I have 2 messy little girls). She did an awsome job. You will almost certainly have a high level of comfort with her from the moment she come in your home with her friendly smile and her "maid to sparkle" smock. My carpets were in bad shape and she provided a carpet cleaning service that I was happy with also (review to come on that service). Bottom line, she cleans fantastically , I feel secure with her in my home, and she is super professional and priced well. What more could I ask for?

Jessica knows how to clean! Did a great job! Was very comfortable with her also, as I will usually be here when she comes. She is super nice, but gets down to business of doing the cleaning. She also gave me a name and phone number of a great plumber who came here and fixed 3 leaking faucets, and a toliet. I have several dog's so my biggest problem is dog hair, she got it all with a smile! My oven has not been cleaned in years, she is tackling it. ;-) Am planning on having her come every other week, I hope to have her clean my home for many years.

Over the past four years I have used 4 different cleaning services. Jessica's Maid to Sparkle is the most reasonably priced, the most professional, very good at getting the house clean -- and I am kind of picky --, and very good at paying attention to detail. If you are looking for specialty issues in your cleaning, this company is very responsive to special needs. The two national companies I used, were about 25% more expensive and didn't do as good of a job. The individual I used for two years did a good job, was reasonably priced, but she too wasn't as good when it comes to detail.

Jessica is amazing. I have had the same cleaning lady for the last two years. Although she was very nice she seemed to not pay attention to detail. After Jessica cleaned my house for the first time it made me realize how low my expectations were and what a real detailed clean is supposed to look like.

I have used Maid to Sparkle (Jessica Hart) a few times now. Very professional, timely, very reasonably priced, responsive to individual needs, thorough, safe, and worth the value.
