What an amazing experience! So wonderful to come home from work to a house that was clean and fresh smelling. My home was cleaned yesterday and I am still finding areas that I did not realize had been cleaned. I would definitely use Maid of Harts again. The work performed by Maid of Hart's LLC Far Exceeded my Expectations. The work included washing all hard surface floors, vacuuming all carpeted areas, dusting throughout the house, washing all baseboards and a very thorough cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms. Very Impressed!!

After several phone conversations and an employee came out to the house to discuss what i wanted, I hired this company to clean my home bi-weekly. The owner lives in Eugene, OR. I was a little skeptical that the owner was operating a business at such a long distance, but the employee convinced me that they would get the job done. The day that this company was scheduled to clean, i received a text that they would not be coming. No explanation, no offer of another date. Later that day, I received another text that the owner had let the employee go who was to clean my house. I asked if I should go elsewhere, to date, no response.

Great. Jessica was very easy to work with, especially because we had tentative dates. Always responded promptly to my calls. Krystan showed up to clean, and she was a little dynamo. She methodically went through each room and was done much quicker than I expected. They use all-natural cleaning products, and the house looked and smelled great. Potential buyers commented on how clean and well-kept the house looked. We got a contract on the house less than three weeks later.

Great job, I would recommend them to anyone.

Work was exceptional. Very detail oriented. I love when you walk in and can smell the clean and that is exactly how I felt when I walked in today. I have an older home which requires extra work and it really looks so good. Very satisfied.

Ginger was wonderful to work with! She was professional and went above and beyond to make sure our cleaning went well. Her team did a fantastic job - detailed and thorough. I highly recommend her team and will definitely look into hiring them again.

When I was looking for someone to clean my home I was looking for someone who I could trust in my home when I wasnt around and someone who did a good job. Jessica and her team did just that. Their work has always been excellent and I trust them in my house completely.

They were outstanding and excellent. They were easy to work with and they did a good job. They also followed through with any requests that I made.

She was very timely on arrival and brought all the cleaning equipment and took all the trash with her when she left. I generally keep my house very clean, but I wanted more of a deep cleaning done (windows, blinds, floor boards, etc.). She cleaned for approx. 3 hours and I was not home during these services. It cost me about $250.00 and I was not happy with the service. I ended up having to clean the house after she left because it looked as if she hardly did anything.

Fantastic! So far, I'm very pleased with the service and attention to detail by the Maid of Harts team. Their services are a little pricier, but worth it. I've had a hard time finding a reliable cleaning service, and couldn't be happier now :-)

I think they are very thorough ,very professional, and they showed up on time. They were proficient, and explained what they were going to do. They asked if there was anything I wanted highlighted, and they took care of it all. I would recommend them to others.

The cleaner from Maid of Harts LLC was very thorough, did what I asked her to, was there on time, and I didn't have any complaints. She did a good job but their rate, although in line with competitors, is quite a bit so I didn't pursue it.

Jessica is very responsive and professional. I requested the cleaning during the week before Memorial Day Weekend. Even though she was going out of town, she was able to accomodate my request. The house looked great when I got home...I was very pleased and am thinking about having her help me out on a regular basis.

I felt each time I asked the Owner a question that she took it very personal. This comes with being young in business. I need certain services when they are not provided as promised I am going to bring them to the owners attention. I feel that the company is growing and it will take a little bit for all the aspects to be ironed out. I think her concept is great but the end result is lacking for now. I must move on. .

Jessica is fantastic. She cleaned the house quickly and efficiently and even found a few items we left behind. I look forward to working with her again.

I felt that the service I received wasn't commensurate with the price that I paid. Furthermore, she never called me to schedule another cleaning date like we had discussed.

I was a little shocked by her price point as I'm new to the area and it's much higher than what we typically paid even for a much larger home. That said, I've shopped around and had other companies clean in an effort to find bi-weekly cleaning service that is more in the price range and thus far I've been very disappointed. I guess that is where you get what you pay for comes in. Jessica is awesome, professional and not your average housekeeper. She and her staff are extraordinary and go the extra mile. My house was super clean after an inital deep clean. Their special touches like wiping down the inside of cabinets was a pleasant surprise that even my husband noticed. The two ladies that cleaned for Jessica were prompt, polite and very thorough. Although pricey...she is worth it if you don't have to compromise!

Very professional, punctual, excellent value, attention to detail, response to individual needs, and personal. I've used several services in Fort Worth area, and this is the best for your money of all of them, most professional, most reliable, and very nice touches to the home.

I called Maid of Hart's and spoke to Jessica. She was able to meet me at my house at my requested date and time. Jessica and Trisha cleaned my house top to bottom as requested. We had just emptied the house and had an immediate need for the cleaning since we had tenants moving in very soon. The job was done very well. They exceeded my expectations.

Jessica, is one of a kind. I have never experiecned a house keeper with so much CLASS!! Simply wonderful!!
