Deschutes Plumbing is locally owned and operated by Casey and Lacy Krahenbuhl. We believe in providing superior professional customer service, and begin by always answering the phone. Our office is staffed so you don't have to worry about getting the voice-mail of someone under a house. We follow that up by providing a 2 hour window for the arrival of our technician. We understand the urgency when water is involved, and can often accommodate an emergency by making changes in the schedule to ensure we arrive same day. Servicing all of Central Oregon, we are your honest and professional plumbing company. When you need a plumber, call Deschutes Plumbing; as we mentioned, we always answer the phone. Description of Work: This is our retirement home so I was really out on a limb since we don't live in Bend yet. Our daughter is our tenant and has limited experience in handeling home repairs. She reports that Mike worked a considerable length of time trying to unplug our stubborn 55 year old pipes and snaked the drain to the toon of 25 feet with no luck. We do not have a clean out so this couldn't have been easy. Anyway he called in an associate that used a longer snake sucessfully and everything is draining like a champ! We would certainly hire Deschutes Plumbing again.
