Excellent. Jason gave us a courtesy call before he arrived, helped us troubleshoot a toilet issue and adjusted his schedule to include installation of a third hose bib on the exterior of our hose. Last year he also repaired a leaking exterior hose bib. We are very pleased with his professionalism, quality of work, punctuality, and knowledge. We will definitely return to this company for any future work.

Excellent. An irrigation company discovered a water leak when they were relocating the backflow assembly. I called on Wednesday and was pleased when Jason came out on Thursday morning (a last minute cancellation). It was a tight squeeze in a small space under the porch, but he completed the work in about 3 hrs and charged $380. Now I can proceed with installation of the irrigation. This is my second project with this company and I would definitely use their services as needed in the future.

Excellent customer service and repair service. Scheduling was easy. The plumber (Jason) called prior to his arrival and was on-time. The cost was reasonable ($214), and the work looked professional. I was pleasantly surprised when he was done within 1-1/2 hours after working in the crawl space. I highly recommend this company and will contact them for future plumbing needs.

clogged drain and instant hot water install

Excellent! Deschutes Plumbing was able to come during our tight time frame, diagnose the problem and make the repair. In fact, they recommended moving the shut-off value to an insulated water line in our crawl space, which is an improvement to having it buried outside and vulnerable to freeze damage.

After a rough start with our water main being an unexpected problem, the cartridges in our shower faucets were replaced in record time, and the job I had been dreading to have done, was complete and Mike was on his way. In the 30 years we have been in our home, it has never been this easy to turn on the shower! Why didn't we have them replaced 30 years ago? Mike communicated with either my husband or myself through the process of replacing these cartridges. I was great to get this work done for a fair price and with a nice company. Yes, we will have them back, most likely to do much more extensive work on our 40 year home.

The appointment was made quickly, the plumber was knowledgable, polite and fast!

Mike was on time and very accommodating. Answered all my questions and even shortened a gas line on my furnace right on the spot.

Marvelous, excellent, super. Chris (plumber) was here within the timeframe given to us by office. He was super professional, courteous, efficient. He communicated clearly what his diagnosis of issues and how he intended to resolve them. Installation/repairs well done. The office staff was just as efficient and quickly accommodated us into their schedule.

Mike arrived on time, assessed the problem and went to get the parts. He replaced them quickly and also gave me some general information on the water main location and how to turn off if necessary. I was able to use the Angie's List coupon and saved 10%. Very pleasant and efficient plumber.

Excellent, consistent with other reviews. They suggested to save me money for me to go out before they came over and buy my garbage disposal ( bought same as before so not need more pipes put in) and toilet fix kit that I would likely need ( which was the one needed), therefore I would not have to pay their time to go buy needed parts if possible.

The probable cause was diagnosed over the phone. The bladder in the extension tank was most likely worn out. They diverted a truck the next day, confirmed the diagnosis, and fixed it in less than 45 minutes. The repairman explained what he was going to do, gave me some tips on maintaining the water heater, came with all the parts that were needed, and the cost was $145. What a bargain!!! If I have future problems with any plumbing issue, they will get the first call.

Deschutes Plumbing is professional, prompt, and honest. A couple of parts fixed my water heater and I didn't have to buy a new water heater. I will definitely use them again.

I bought a kitchen faucet but found the old faucet hookup in my manufactured home was antiquated, involved quest plumbing, and beyond my means to update. I called on the 19th of July, explained my situation, and they scheduled me for the next day! Everyone else I spoke with was looking one to two weeks out to do the work. As promised, Lori called about 2:40 p.m. On the 20th to say that Mike was finishing a job and would be by shortly. Within an half hour Mike was at my door. He was very courteous, had the parts needed to upgrade the attachment, installed the faucet I provided, and corrected a problem I had with my dishwasher discharge. He then asked if there were any other plumbing needs. I was not prepared for that question so said no. (Since then I thought of two...) all of this and he was finished, cleaned up, and gone in just over an hour. To say I was happy with his work and the scheduling would be an understatement. First and foremost, Deschutes Plumbing distinguished itself by its professionalism. My plumbing issue was not an emergency situation, so time was not a critical factor with me. They were very forthcoming about the wait period for services and the additional transportation cost because I resided in Redmond, but their reputation was well known to me so I did not hesitate to use them. I am very happy with my free-flowing kitchen drain and the additional helpful tips to keep it that way in the future. I definitely would use them again if the need arises.

I had remodeled bathrooms and needed aplumber to install my new sink and also change out some faucets. Randy did a grewat job and I would use them again!
