It went well. The only issue was the repairman place two additional holes in the wall behind the plumbing being fixed causing us additional drywall cost. I feel he could have been in less of a hurry and maybe this could have been avoided.

.House is 26 years old. An angle stop placed by tile contractor leaked and was replaced by Deschutes Plumbing in late December 2014. This would be third device in this location. Approximately 1 month later, new angle stop stated leaking. They responded the same day as called, repaired problem at no cost!! Many thanks to John & Laurie

Mike solved a mystery with the toilet and saved us money on that. He quickly fixed the garbage disposal which was vibrating and loose. His fee was reasonable.

It all went very well -- the plumber arrived within about two hours of my call and had the drain cleared in about twenty minutes.

Got a call the day before confirming appointment which we appreciated. Mike was prompt and went the extra mile. Needed to drill through tile which we had not thought to let them know. He went and borrowed a tool to do the job we were very pleased as our appliances were being delivered the next day. Would definitely reccomend.

He was prompt, professional, very professional and capable. Their office called late to make sure we were satisfied.

Mike arrived as promised. He was very professional. Durning his questioning and inspection he was very methodical and analytical. Before starting anything he had a plan A, B and worse case scenario C. This is an older house and the usual accesses were not there so he had to anticipate a few what ifs. Everything when great! The plumber called ahead each of the two times he was here to say when he would arrive & was on time. He was courteous & neat. He wore covers over his shoes to protect our floors. He double checked to make sure that the repair was functioning properly & not leaking before he left. While here, on his own without our requesting it, he checked the hot water tank & the back flow tank in the garage. Laurie is a very efficient person. She answered our e-mail request on a Sunday night!

I have a sewage lift system which can be a little tricky. There was a clog in one of the main lines in my house and it seemed fairly easy to fix. Well the gentleman came out and said he got everything working and it seemed to be that way. However, a week had passed and the same thing ended up happening as the main in my house hadn't been completely unclogged as the plumber had originally said. When I called back Deschutes Plumbing the woman on the phone had told me that "Sometime's its like seeing a Dentist. You go in for a cavity and you leave with a root canal." Really? I didn't leave with anything except $85 less and the same problem I had started with. I called Rapid Rooter and he was there at my house within an hour and had completely fixed the problem. Not only was he baffled that the problem wasn't fixed the first time but he said that he would have never left with the condition of the lift system being the way that it was. He completely re-wired the electronics in the sewage lift system and re configured some of the drainage so the problem I had wouldn't happen again. Oh and the first plumber from Deschutes Plumbing left all of the toilet paper and debris that had clogged my drain just on my front lawn for me to take care of myself.

Plumber came on time and was very quick to repair a plugged 3-drain kitchen sink. When he discovered 19Dec1953 defective InstaHot, he quickly made arrangements for a replacement and did the work. He was pleasant as well as most knowledgeable, explaining how to avoid stoppages. We'll use Deschutes Plumbing again!

On time ...clear explanation of problem, repair and precautions to take in future. Deferred estimate and decisions for a major addition to the Company owner but did extra research to give me information I can use in considering my options

The folks at Deschutes Plumbing are great to work with. They are on time or call of they run into a problem. They are very professional and flexable in doing the work that had been discussed earlier and things that were not enticipated until after the project was under way. They will be the first ones I call for future plumbing needs.

Deschutes Plumbing were fantastic. They came right out and gave me an estimate which I approved. They came back a couple of days later, did the work and left. The work was well done and very professional. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I was unable to have the hose bibs installed in my crawlspace as they wouldn't have had enough clearance outside to attach anything. This meant the hose bibs needed to be tied into my bathroom plumbing. I appreciated the time spent looking at options and going over pros and cons. I am happy with the results and for the first time since living in this house I can water the plants/grass on the west side! And while they did run an hour later than scheduled, I received a call letting me know they were running late due to complications on some earlier jobs... I appreciated this courtesy.

Tim was knowledgeable, organized, and worked to ensure I got the job done right, at the lowest possible cost. I would definitely recommend Deschutes Plumbing and will use them again if I have a plumbing need.
