Description of Work: In addition to my earlier positive report on Walt's service, I would like to add that he stood by his work when the weather changed and the gate he hung for me swelled and wouldn't close. Walt promptly returned and, at no additional charge, shaved down the edge of the door and its post and patched the split that had occurred in a facing piece of lap siding. He showed that he is not only reliable, he also guarantees his work.
