No issues. Once a date was agreed to, Walt called the night before and arrived at the scheduled time and the work completed at the expected time. The repairs look as good or better than before the damage was done.

He was prompt and did good work for a reasonable cost. He was very knowledgeable about everything we needed done around our home. I would definitely use him again.

Baseboard molding was excellent. Walt stained the new molding to match the existing woodwork in the bathroom. He was prompt, efficient and professional.

They responded quickly to our call and worked with our schedule to come out and get it done. The option to repair the fixtures was determined to be more expensive and less reliable than a complete replacement. So they purchased new fixtures and bulbs and installed them in the garage. They were quick, courteous and professional.

This was a minor repair, but one I didn't want to handle. Walt responded promptly, evaluated the situation and fixed it in about fifteen minutes in a single visit. He had all the tools and equipment needed when he arrived. It was a pleasure dealing with him. We are happy to have found someone who can handle the type of minor home repairs that we don't want to deal with ourselves.

It went excellent. He was competent. He did the job in a timely fashion. The quality of his work was excellent. He was personable and easy to work with. They responded to my call and arrived on time to do the work.

Walt is a perfectionist. He works hard to make sure that everything is right. His prices are reasonable. He is professional, kind man and nice to have around. He explained things to me. He showed up when he said he would.

He came and provided an estimate. We scheduled the time for the repair. He arrived on time and prepared. He finished the job at the estimated cost.

All jobs done quickly and without problems. Each job was done on time, paid $100 per hour for 2 people (Walt and his wife) who work effectively and efficiently together. Limitations were explained, and the least time consuming and costly way to do each job was always suggested. I will use them again and have recommended them to friends.

They came in and we added some fixtures in our kitchen and we had some big pieces missing in the drywall. They came in and explained what they would do. They are very nice people, and nice to deal with. A little high in price but they did a good job.

Walt is a classic handyman. Doing a lot of odd jobs. Some of which are emergencies. Sometimes it takes a while, but he always returns the phone calls. He showed up as scheduled for the job. Did excellent work, cleaned up and hauled away the waste.

I contacted them via email and heard back almost immediately. We set up a time for them to come over and look at the work needed to be done and heard back from them with an estimate and when they could start. Walt and Tammy came in and fixed our door and re-caulked our kitchen sink, hall bath - toilet and bathtub. The vinyl floor in the bathroom had shrunk and there was an excess of room between the tub and floor so they installed a quarter round at the tub and then caulked around it. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it looked. We set up a time for them to return to do the deck railing. They returned a few days later to work on the deck. They moved a gate and installed the railing efficiently. The caulking around the sink the previous visit had not worked so Walt had to do it again. A couple weeks later they came back to finish the deck (replace some deck boards) and assemble the playground. Walt had informed me earlier that the our type of deck boards were no longer available at the stores and was willing to cut them to size etc at his shop. They came prepared with all the materials and finished the job in a timely manner. We were very happy with the work done although we found them to be a bit pricey even with the 10% discount for Angie's list members. We are planning to rehire them to do some more caulking around the house and re caulk the toilet they had caulked earlier.

Walt knows his limitations as to what he can and can't do. I had a punctured copper pipe in my garage and a leaking pipe in the shower that he did not think he should try to fix so he suggested I have a plumber come out. Good advice as the copper pipe problem was complex. Walt finished the other jobs without a glitch. I appreciate his honesty.

He came on time and did a great job. I was very impressed that he even brought his own vacuum cleaner and cleaned up after himself.

Walt came out in two days, got on the roof and inspected it, went into the attic and found the leak problem: debris build-up above a roof vent on the other side of the roof. He cleaned all the vents, sealed the nail heads, and cleaned the loud bathroom vent, explaining that the previous owner had put in a wrong-sized fan and that was causing the noise and dampness in the room. I was very pleased with his work and will call him again.

I noticed rotten decking and overhead joices on my adjacent grape arbor, and needed a new section on my garden fence and a new gate. This was in June. Walt was busy until October when he appeared, as he said he would, and completed the work previously described.

They always called back and did the work in the time promised.

Great. It took a little while to schedule him because he is always in demand, but it was worth the wait. He showed up when scheduled, followed up as he said he would, and was responsive when I asked him to do a minor fix on a small portion of his work. All in all I was very happy with the job he did. It was worth the extra money I paid for his dependability and quality.

Walt called to let me know it would be a couple of weeks before he could come by and also called the day before to make sure we would be home when he came. He was here within the window of time and gave me the estimate. He said that he had some extra time and his helper with him that day and could start then if OK. He completed the patch and taping and said that he would be back in a week to 10 days to finish the drywall and work on the storm door. He called last night and said that he had a change in schedule and could come today to finish the work, 4 days instead of 10! He completed the work on the patch and sprayed on the popcorn finish and some orange peel texture to the area on the wall below the celling. He cleaned up that area and then worked on the door. The door works beautifully, and I can now lock the deadbolt! Walt is punctual, friendly, cleans up after the job is done and more importantly, very knowledgeable. We will be hiring him again for our repairs.
