Polite, punctual and efficient.

The cleaning was awesome, sparkling and spotless!! The girls finished 25 minutes early and left. I really felt cheated out of that time. I called Polish Home and explained what happened Next visit I will get an extra half hour of service :) I will use them again. The girls cleaning were very polite and fun. The missing professional piece was leaving early.. I got flustered or I would have found something to keep them busy 25 minutes more. Polished home supervisors were very pleasant and helpful.

It was a special for 2 hours of cleaning. Two came and did a great job making the place look great again.

I bought the Angie's list deal and then purchased some extra time as well. I can't say enough good things about this company. They have come twice now. My house is large and it was pretty dirty. They are amazing. They work quickly, and usually when house cleaners are fast, they cut corners and don't do a very good job. These ladies are wonderful, work very hard and are thorough. I wish I could use them all the time! I do think they are a bit expensive when there's not a "deal" but honestly, they do such a good job, I would use them again off deal. They are very responsive to any questions I have, areas of concern and they always end up having time to do more than I had on my list. I love them!!

Two women arrived on time with their equipment. They worked hard and efficiently on the areas I designated. I am on light duty so the house needed cleaning. Everything was cleaned to my complete satisfaction. Exceeded expectations. I would use them again enthusiastically.

The service went fine. Two cleaners came out and completed the job in 4 hours. They brought their own cleaning supplies. They were very nice. I was not able to be home while they were working. I went through the house and told them what areas I wanted cleaned. They ended up cleaning some rooms I did not point out and was not able to tell them what kind of products to use in those rooms. It also seemed like they used the wrong cleaner for the hardwood floor. They used a water based cleaner. Other than that they did a good job. I had no difficulties schedule the deal.

They did a nice job. We have no complaints. They even cleaned the oven!

I was told that they would be here between 11 and 11:30. It got to be 11:40 and no body had shown yet. I called and it was explained to me that they had gotten a late start. At about 5 after noon I called again and they still weren't there after I had been told they were about 2 blocks away a little ago. When they finally did arrive I pointed out something in the entry way that I wanted them to be careful with. I was trying to give them instructions as they were going through the house. While they were working I was in my office letting them do their work. I pointed out a book case that they hadn't quite finished dusting. They were only wiping around objects and when they did move objects they were put back incorrectly. There were corners in the bathroom that weren't clean. They didn't wipe down everything in the bathroom either. When they dusted the bedroom lamps they didn't straighten everything back up. My glass tables were streaked. There is maple laminate in the entryway that they cleaned but once again didn't get in the corners. I had to leave before they were done as I had a meeting to attend. When I got back it took me about half an hour to restraighten all of the pictures and objects that they had moved around. This morning I discovered that the shower lever had been damaged and came off in my hand when I attempted to start the shower this morning.

Things that were done: 3 bedrooms- Beds made (no new sheets put on), floors vacuumed 2 bathrooms cleaned (floors said to be moped but didn't look like it) 1/2 bath they asked if I wanted cleaned so counters wiped down (not sure about the showers in 2 bathrooms), Downstairs tile floors vacuumed (they had no intention of mopping) Kitchen counters wiped/sink washed and tile floors vacuumed Entry tile floor vacuumed / carpet stairs were said to be vacuumed but I saw paper and other things left on stairs Only because I called the company when the cleaning girls said there was 10 min. left and told them I wanted them to have my tile floors mopped because it was a priority (since they ask before they start)... and they arrived 10 min. early but were ready to leave 20 min. early saying they didn't have time so I would need to call. WHAT WAS LEFT UNDONE: No dusting at all (they claimed not enough time) Cobwebs visible were just left (we had been on vacation before cleaning) when I asked she said they only had 10 min. so not enough time while she took 10 min. to clean the sink that had a few dishes that were moved and then put back...what's the point of spending time to clean the sink when the dirty dishes were placed back? If they would have taken the 1 min. to ask me what to finish in the 10 min. I would have told them to get the cobwebs not worry about the kitchen sink with dishes in it. Didn't wipe down the microwave Garbage left (they leave things in place and clean around things) Did not clean the living room (because I told them not to worry about it as they were worried about the time before they even started & I had work papers to sort thru) Did not clean the office Did not clean the playroom Did not dust ANYWHERE (nightstands/in children's rooms/wood stairwell)

I am very pleased with their work, the result is great! I would definitely consider using their service again!

I had 2 women come out to clean for 2 hours, and the older woman was polite and the younger one was very rude. They were supposed to start at 12 and leave at 2. They showed up at 12:40pm and started working 12:50pm. We went outside to let them work on their own. They also left early because of another ?appointment at 2.? They left our home unlocked and lights on. They didn?t do a very good job on the cleaning either. Any company that leaves us vulnerable to security gets an F. When we went in to our bathroom, we noticed that our sink was full of dirty water. They jammed the drain in the sink so tight that it will not move. My husband tried to fix it, but after 45 minutes he was not able to get it to budge. We called the owner, and he refuses to accept responsibility for this damage. He is not even willing to come and inspect the issue.

I thought they did a good job, unfortunately her car broke down on the way, so she was an hour late, she did stay the full four hours and clean. I appreciated that when they knew she was late they made sure to call me to notify me. if i had them come again i would be more specific and make sure she pulled up the area rugs to vacuum underneath. I think i would expect that they provide a good service and that if you wanted more you just need to communicate with them I would recommend them and would love to try them again in future.

The provider was a bit late but I spoke to the company and they let me know that they were sending someone right over. The gal arrived as promised and immediately got to work. I left the house and came back 5.5 hours later. It looked and smelled great. The provider finished up and informed me that she was done. No complaints. The house is in great shape and it needed a ton of work. Very happy with the service and will use again and recommend.

They were right on time. Very polite. They worked very hard and we were very happy with the results.

The work performed was good quality. The arrived on time and finished on time.

The Polished Home did an OUTSTANDING job. My home was sparkling and completely clean. Everything I requested to be cleaned was cleaned and then some. They did an amazing job and I was so pleased to come home to a spotless home. I will be using them on a bi-weekly basis going forward. I am so glad I purchased the coupon, and received such excellent service. I highly recommend them for a very thorough and detailed cleaning. Nothing was missed, and even areas I did not expect to be cleaned were addressed. Everything was returned to it's proper place.

I appreciated the great smell of a clean house when I got home.

It went fine. There are no details as I didn't watch them clean my house. They were speedy and I hope thorough.

We used this service on a "Big Deal". The company was very communicative about scheduling the service properly. Two cleaners arrived on time, got the tour, and went straight to work. I got a call at work during the service to discuss prioritization of things I wanted done. When I arrived at home, the house was nicely taken care of and had no chemical odors.

I don't know what time they came it doesn't matter as I was at work. My house was a disaster and they did a very good job for the time they were here and I would certainly be interested in using them again on a bimonthly plan. The floors looked great and as they have a darker finish on them everything shows with two dogs running on them it is very hard to keep them looking good. Even the top of the refrigerator was cleaned the last cleaning people never touched that. I didn't ask for my bedrooms to be done as I wanted the main rooms to be focussed on for the time and they still took time to hit them too. Great job thank you very much.

It went great! They were running late and I received a message letting me know. this was just fine with me and they still stayed the full two hours (2 people at 2 hours = 4 labor hours). Cyndi and her partner were friendly, efficient, and thorough. I offered to walk them through the house but they preferred to just jump in. And they did. I was working from home and on a meeting in the dining room the whole time. They just worked around me and that was great.

They were responsive to my need for help on short notice. They arrived on time and did a good job.

They were amazing and awesome, and I would use them again in a heartbeat. I paid them more because I bought extra time. The cost of the extra hours is approximately $60. They were really fast for one thing, but they were also good. They were not cutting corners. They were thorough. When they came, I was like they were not going to get everything done in my list because my list was really long, and they did get everything done on my list and they were like asking me what else do I want them to do. They were great. The Big Deal price was great, but I think they were a little pricey on the extra. The Big Deal price was certainly fair. The quality of their service was good. They were all over it. They were on time. They took time. They did not try to get out early. They stayed to the last minute. I am thinking about calling them again. They were very professional.

They sent a few ladies. We were quite satisfied in general. They were on time and friendly. They worked quietly and efficiently to a certain point. I would say that I had the understanding that if we wanted some extra work done that we could tell the workers. I found out that they missed some areas and some areas that we specified for them to do. These are minor things. They did a good job overall and we are generally happy.

An email message was sent to me requested information about the services I wanted completed. The day of the cleaning they were running late, but I received a phone message letting me know that they were on their way. I REALLY appreciated this phone call. The ladies were very friendly and went right to work. There were some ugly fish decals in the tub that I wanted removed and they were quickly removed. They finished early doing the chores I asked them to complete, so they started on windows and door tracks! Loved it!
