It was fine. There were no issues. Two of them came out. They were great. Responsiveness was good. Their car broke down so they were a little late bit it wasn't their fault.

Unable to use did not realize that I had to call and book within a month of purchase what a waste of money!!!!!!!!!!

Outside of the workers being about an hour late, I thought they did a pretty good job. We provided a list that wasn't really followed, the workers skipped certain things that were high on the list and finished things that were lower on the list. What was completed was good. I would recommend purchasing more time than you think you need.

They didn't finish the job. After 2 hrs, they said they hadn't finished, and they had to move on to the next customer. I asked if they could delay the next job, but they said no. They never got to the kitchen at all or the other bedrooms. They gave me no warning that they were going to leave until the moment they had to go. My house is not large and they should have been able to complete the job. I got subsequent emails and even cards in the mail asking how they did. When I told the company what happened they did not respond and did not offer to complete the job. I had out of town company coming so I had to finish cleaning myself.

We ended up hiring them to clean twice a month. I found out they do not move the furniture to clean around the house. I asked them to clean a soap spot on my shower floor and they did not. We have since stopped using them.

It went well but I wish they'd gotten more done. The total was 4 hours so two house keepers for two hours. What they did clean was very clean. I was really happy with that but given that they couldn't clean a complete floor in 4 hours, I could find someone who could probably clean my house a bit more. They do good work but they need a longer period of time.

This was a Big Deal for 4 hours of housecleaning. After I signed up for the deal, I was contacted the next day and told she would call the next Monday to set up a time, which we did. She also told me I could email her a list of tasks I would like done, in priority order; I did this a couple of days beforehand. On the day, I was called about 30 minutes before the time of the appointment, asking if it would be all right if they arrived a few minutes early--fine with me! The two young women who came were very pleasant and businesslike. They brought in their supplies, I showed them my list, and they got to work in the kitchen. I stayed in the living room, but could hear them cleaning the outsides of the cupboards, the counters, appliances, sink, backsplash, etc. They moved to the bathroom and thoroughly cleaned in there. The shower stall was in particularly bad shape (disclaimer...this is my husband's bathroom, and he is supposed to clean it...)! After a while, one of the cleaners came back to the kitchen and started on cleaning the floor. It is a tile with lots of little grooves in it, which trap dirt and grease. When cleaner number two finished the bathroom, she came in and helped with the kitchen floor. They were on their hand and knees scrubbing like crazy for over half an hour. Overall, they did a marvelous job, and I was extremely pleased with the results.

They brought all of their own cleaning equipment and products. Dusted and cleaned all rooms. I was very pleased with the result. There was a spot or 2 that they missed, but not a big deal. The rugs were vacuumed, the wood floors polished very well. All areas dusted. Bathroom spotless. Kitchen appliances cleaned & polished. All in all, a very good job.

They were a half hour arriving, never called to let us know. They cleaned the shower doors in the bathrooms,and the mirror. The rest was hit and miss. Never vacuumed my bedroom or cleaned the tile floors in the kitchen or bathrooms or my small solarium. I'm so disappointed. It's like they wanted to get in and out and go home. I would never recommend them to anybody!

It was great. I usually need the house deep cleaned every 3 months or so and they do a great job.

It went well. The 2 young women arrived on time, went to work, were friendly and professional. They cleaned the rooms thoroughly.

No complaints-they did better than I expected them to do.

I don't have much time, I am sorry They were both VERY young, neither spoke very good English. they came on time but left early. Two hours were not even up. bathroom stalls especially glass looks worse then before they came. would not have them into my home again.

I purchased this several months ago and gave it to my daughter as a housewarming gift for her new home. We discovered that their service did not include move-ins so we waited until things were more settled in their home. I left 3 or 4 messages for them to return my call. I told them I had purchased the cleaning service as a gift from Angie's list. I have never heard from them.

They showed up late but left a bit early. One of the cleaner kept saying "we don't have enough time" even I only asked them to clean kitchen and 3 bathrooms.

The service went very well. They arrived on time, and they were very professional.

I had used Polished Home to clean my house prior to Thanksgiving and was very happy with the results. So, when I moved my mother to a retirement community and had to clean her old apartment, I immediately thought of them. I emailed the cleaning checklist to Cassie to make sure the team could get everything done in four hours (two ladies for two hours) and she assured me they could. The team arrived on time, we reviewed the checklist and they immediately got to work. In the kitchen, they cleaned the refrigerator, stove/oven and overhead fan, sink and counters, inside and outside all drawers and cabinets, the walls and floor. In the bath, they cleaned the tub/shower, sink and counters, toilet, inside and outside all drawers and cabinets, walls and floor. They cleaned the windows and sills, wiped down the blinds, the baseboards, tops of doors, switch plates, ceiling fan, and vacuumed. The place was cleaner when they finished than it was when we moved my mother in five years ago! I did the walk through with management the following day and we got an A+. I have already recommended Polished Home to several people and will definitely use them again.

Deep cleaned a really dirty kitchen. Did not get to much else, but what they did was great.

The overall cleaning went well and they got everything done that they said they would. The company called to say they were running late, which ended up being 30 minutes. This is the second time we've used this company and they were 30 minutes later than scheduled the first time. The downstairs bathroom could have been cleaned better. There was still cleaning stuff on the tile wall and the floor had only been mopped and not swept.

On time and came equipped. The two young ladies did a nice, thorough job. Surfaces and wood floors clean and shiny. Vacuumed rugs. No complaints...would use again.

I was very happy with the service provided by The Polished Home. We were scheduled for four hours (two ladies for two hours) starting at 11:30am. We had an ice storm the day/night before, which made driving a bit challenging, so Cassie called to let me know that they would be a bit late. They arrived at 11:55am safe and sound. I showed them what I wanted done and they got to work. They worked quickly and efficiently. Around 1pm we could tell that they were going to be done earlier than anticipated, so we added a couple of things to their to do list. They still completed work 20 minutes early! I am so happy with the work I really don't mind that they finished early. The bathrooms were sparkling clean and everything was back in its place. Same was true of the kitchen. And I am so happy to have clean floors again! Mind you, it's just my husband and me and a couple of very well-behaved cats. Our house was pretty clean to start with. But we both work full-time and the last thing I wanted to do was spend my precious free time cleaning. I will definitely use The Polished Home again. Thank you, Cassie!

Two ladies arrived and did a wonderful job. I bought the special as a baby shower gift for my daughter and they will use this provider again!

We were asked to provide a priority list of what order we wanted things cleaned given the time. They brought their own cleaning supplies and were very friendly and professional.
