Description of Work: Three cleaners arrived and worked for 1 hour 40 minutes. They did a good job and I was satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: The communication was poor, so our list of priorities to be cleaned was not heeded. They were unable to dust or clean anything high up as they don't bring a ladder and seem to not understand about stepstools. It was disappointing. What they did consent to clean was done well. I have only used a cleaning service once before and it was a great experience then, so I guess this company does not need the business that badly.

Description of Work: They were fabulous. I asked them to concentrate on the kitchen and bathroom, and they did a beautiful job with both rooms as well as the living room in the two hours they were there. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They clean my home monthly and do a good job. Sometimes they seem to be in a hurray but I suspect that is a scheduling issue and not the fault of the individuals cleaning my home.

Description of Work: I ordered the deal on 11/12, and did not hear back until 11/17 and they let me know they were all booked up through the next few weeks. They should have had the courtesy to call and let me know right away they were all booked up.

Description of Work: Two ladies cam and cleaned the apartment that needed a great deal of cleaning. They worked steady and hard for two hours. The apart was transformed beautifully.

Description of Work: The team cleaned almost everything I asked. There might have been a communication issue but for the most part they did a good enough job that I plan on having them continue to clean my property for the next few months. I also had them clean in august (when I used my coupon). There was a start time mix-up but after discussing with the owner (he discounted the 2nd cleaning for me) I am convinced that this will not happen in the future.
