Description of Work: Professionally cleaned kitchen and bath. Super job. There was not enough time to clean the bedroom blinds. I wish I was able to negotiate more time on the sopt to accomplish those tasks. Better planning on my part next time!

Description of Work: Everything went well but the 2 gals were about 15 minutes late getting to my home. I talked to owner of company and all was well.

Description of Work: 2 baths, one bedroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 halls | |Because I tried to see that the two women were not overloaded with work, I had them do only one bedroom of 3; plus I did not ask them to do the daylight basement. Thus, they had the time to do quality work. I believe they finished a few minutes early. They came earlier than expected and I did not note the exact time. One of the two workers was very responsive and friendly; the other seemed a bit peeved/unfriendly??

Description of Work: They arrived an hour early without calling but it turned out ok.Didnt communicate much with me but that also worked ok. Asked for the furniture to be vacuumed - did the tops but not under cushions where it was needed. Owner of company called a few days after for feedback and was very responsive to my observations. Would try them again, most work was good.

Description of Work: I had to work that day so my husband was there. I left a list and they did a good job finishing it, but could not see anything else to do such as dusting untouched rooms. This meant they left early so I lost about a half hour of cleaning time I had paid for.

Description of Work: They came right on time and got to work in the bathrooms first. There was no discussion of what we thought needed done first but that was okay because I am sure everything needed done. The only thing that I will recommend is that you remove items from counters so that they don't have to move things to clean around them. I would definitely have them back, I do find it weird that I have not been contacted to set up regular services. I think the business could benefit more if someone were to follow up with satisfied customers.

Description of Work: We had just one small communications issue, but with one phonecall it was resolved and the lady who came was very nice and did a good job. She brought a second person to watch and learn.
